All so straightforward and easy,,, just follow the instructions

Absolutely nothing about this Chinese scam company is what it seems. Particularly their no quibble 100% refund if dissatisfied.
I bought a 34 inch propane fuelled flame thrower. What arrived was a 16 inch brass tube. No connectivity instructions and no operating instructions. I wrote complaining that what was delivered did not even resemble the advertised product and pointed out that their advert highlighted ‘DO NOT USE A CIGARETTE LIGHTER TO IGNITE, ONLY USE THE INSTRUMENT’s IGNITION SWITCH’ - there was no such switch!
I was offered a new similar product which could not be guaranteed to be as advertised or keep what I got and they would send me a 20% refund!
I challenged through PayPal who returned initially with an improved 25% refund which I again refused. Eventually they conceded to give me my money back once I returned the product to China at my cost!
Since postage exceeds any money that will be recovered, this is never going to happen.

All in all a throughly nasty cheap scamming company. Do not buy anything from these scammers, you will be left with a worthless and potentially highly dangerous pice of tat.

I have been walked through the process by Thomas and at no time was I made to feel stupid for having been duped.

CEL have been very understanding and empathetic in their questioning to obtain the facts, I wait with anticipation for the end result.

I contacted Yoga’s chat service in respect to a policy cancellation. The agent who handled my query was simply fantastic. Dennis was very efficient and polite understanding my situation and quickly dealt with it. I can’t thank them enough for delivering firstly a great service and secondly an excellent experience. Speaking with CEL’s agent, Mathew, was almost a de-burdening experience. Mathew listened emphatically without any judgment. He asked searching but not probing questions and then outlined the timeline and next steps very clearly.

Step 1 were awesome with their customer service. Despite MY mistake in ordering the wrong size, firstly I kept the one pair I had opened then within a week they had replaced all 18 pairs of pants with the correct size. NO QUESTIONS ASKED, NO FUSS,, JUST GREAT SERVICE!!!!

I ordered a Nexis Pro Smartwatch directly from the North511 website. And it arrived within 10 days. However at the time of ordering I made the mistake of ordering a second in error. I contacted the customer service team who were most helpful offering me a refund for the second order without any question.

The watch duly arrived and oh boy I was not disappointed, it is everything as advertised. Stylish, attractive and easy to interface to my phone and use.

Very pleased with the products look, feel and performance, but more than pleased at the response and consideration of the service team behind it all.

The simplest way to say this is these people do what they say on the tin! SeniusCare stepped in to provide 24x7 care to my Mother who could be ‘difficult’. However the love that the carer showed her in her final months was selfless.

The carer was there for her at every turn getting her dressed and out of bed when she didn’t want to taking her out in her chair for a walk - which she would then rave about, despite not wanting to get up in the first place. It’s true to say she provided a spark for mum.

I can’t thank the carers enough for all they did. It was well worth the cost and so much better than a care home.

I requested my Christmas meat delivery for the 23/12/22 however I’ve now contacted APC in Edinburgh (my local office) and they seem to have no record of my package. They have also told me if I don’t get a text by 10.00 tomorrow morning then it won’t be delivered before Christmas.

I would like to pre warn you that I will expect a full refund if there is a no show before Christmas, as I will not have confidence in the product and it’s fit for consumption should it arrive sometime between Christmas Day and new year.

I have been trying to contact you to inform you that the delivery address was incorrect from Jacamo, but there was no way to get past the 'robot'.

So now you have 'delivered' by leaving the package outside the front door of the wrong house in St Albans when my address is Edinburgh Scotland.

I have already contacted Jacamo to inform them of their mistake but there was no way to stop you from delivering to the wrong address. the package needs to be recovered and returned to Jacamo.
