Saying goodbye to Hoseasons
We have been using Hoseasons for about 10 years and thoroughly enjoyed our annual January hot tub getaway. This year, we had to deal with an end of life situation. We did not ask for a refund, but to adjust our booking in the low season. This was against policy. When a company cannot extend a modicum of compassion to its customers in such circumstances, it shouldn't expect them to return.
