SENT ME DAMAGED PLANT

Extremely disappointing experience with this company
One plant arrived with central stem broken & missing so it had been dispatched this way
Complained immediately after receiving delivery , multiple e mails sent & ignored
Eventually after about four e mails I received a reply asking for photo of damage sent photo immediately same again ignored company eventually replied saying no photo I sent photo approx six times before they acknowledged
I ask for exchange plant
Refused
Offer 25 % refund I refuse
Then they tell me to return plant they refuse to organise a collection which most suppliers do
Want me to return plant at my expense
Now approx 2 weeks later another plant that came the same day is dying it cost £38
No point in making another complaint
Avoid Prickle Plants
Send you Damaged Plant & won’t Exchange
Now Another Dying

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear how disappointed you’ve felt throughout this experience, that’s never what we want for any of our customers.

We’ve reviewed the correspondence, and our records show that we did not receive any images in the first two emails you sent. Once the photos did come through, we responded and assisted straight away. We can provide screenshots of this if you would like them.

Regarding the plant itself, the Medallion Prayer Plant does not have a single central stem, it naturally grows from multiple stalks. The image you sent showed that one stalk had broken. As this type of plant grows from an underground rhizome, the loss of one stalk is cosmetic only and does not affect the plant’s ability to produce new, healthy growth. The rest of the plant appeared very healthy with strong foliage.

We offered a 25% refund to reflect the cosmetic damage, which we felt was fair given that the plant would naturally replace the lost leaf. We also advised once you declined the refund offer that if you were unhappy with the plant because of the broken stalk, you were welcome to return it to us for a full refund.

We’re sorry that this resolution did not meet your expectations, and we’re also sorry to hear that another plant is now struggling. If you would like us to take a look at that one, please do get in touch so we can help.

Part that was sent was incorrect

Part that was sent was incorrect
Advert stated part would fit all Karcher 550 pressure washers . It did not water poured out of handle it should of had 3 washers fitted on end of fitment it only had 2 washers
Complete waste of money & about 2 weeks delivery time
Avoid buying from this company

Never ever been polished
Was serviced & cleaned by official Rolex Ad 6 weeks ago has 2 year Rolex World Wide Warranty
This guy says it’s been over polished
