incorrect information

I have booked with them and just went to imput my Advanced passanger information, and someone has imputted the incorrect passport details and incorrect passport expirey date. They are currently closed I have contacted he airline and they blame the agent. Not the hastle I need 1 week prior to the flight. I have called them to discuss the inconvenience. They appear to have no complaint resolution. They advised after booking on line they call for the passport details. They did not call before issuing the tickets and made up false passport details and expired dates. I will be calling the airline again

Pathetic they urgently need a regulstor

I took out a plan and experimented downloading shows. After reaching 15 it said I had reached my limit, I called and was told to delete them and I could download again. This was incorrect, I have raised a complaint and was told they would investigate. When should I expect a reply I asked, they have no set timeliness, I said would it be a week a month a year. Sorry don't know

Liars

I took out a plan and downloaded some series, it reached the maximum 15. I called and explained what had happened and was told to delete them and I could download some more. This did not work, I was assured it should and the technical team would call. I was then told that ibgirnation was correct then not. A bunch of liars

legalised robbery

16 year no claims bonus and they increase my premium by £100. Use chat to discuss with them and after 20 mins I state I feel we are just beginning to be told adviser is dealing with multiple customers. You will not get another penny from me.

Better than singapore, yes you read that right

My 4th flight to Thailand this year. Great service, great entertainment and a nice clean aircraft. The cabin crew where helpfull friendly and did not hide themselves away from customers for hours. Probably better than singapore air

They took one 32 days to answer my…

They took one 32 days to answer my question which was to query how much I was paying for gas and electric. They have seemingly ignored my request to log or complain or have at least failed to acknowledge the complaint. They have now replied at last, and are 2.6p pkwy more for electric, 7p per more for the standing charge, similar variances with the gas price so I am off to fuse. I have emailed again re the complain, and expect compensation

The worst experience with very long queues, on both outbound and inbound flights. Don't bother with this airport if you need to naked a connection. I looks like there is just one counter open for c. 500 passengers.

He/She failed to answer my question and disconnected sbruptly.
Easyjet responded to this is emailed them as requested, their response was to supply the information I had originally requested. There was no acknowledgement of the abrupt disconnection of the chat, or of the fact the level of service was poor. I have wasted enough time now

Major complaint

How can I fly with any other airline ever again. I have taken over 500 flights in my life and apart from business class with Thai, this us and continues to be the best flight experience ever. Good food, great wine and staff who are courteous and understand customer service unlike the likes of Gulf. Very very impressed, thanks singapore air 13 may Manchester to singapore
