Things it would help to know
The staff were friendly and helpful and the train interior clean and welcoming. It would be useful to know that when busy leaving London you may not be served in the sleeper seat carriage until at least 2hrs after departure. If I’d known this I would have eaten and taken a drink onboard with me as getting a drink at 2345hrs after departing at 2115 was somewhat late. It would also be helpful to have dimmed lights in this carriage as it was very bright even with the eye masks provided.
