Your pricing has been reasonable and your inventory good. Shipments have always been quick and on time. Only once was I shorted on an order, to which your customer service department was quick to respond to and resolve.

The customer service person that I talked with was very knowledgeable with the parts I needed to replace burned out parts from a factory discontinued outdoor LED fixture that I had.
The parts were shipped out and received in a very timely fashion.

Other than a few manageable issues, Hello Fresh has been a very good experience for us while my wife is recuperating from surgery. Very well thought out, nutritious, tasteful and delivered meals.
