Poor customer service experience
I obtained a quote to insure my car for a track day. It was competetive but I had a couple of questions for them. I called them first thing Monday and spoke to a young man who said he didnt have "the system" to manage my query and that nobody else was available. He suggested that I replied to the quote asking for someone to call me back. 96 hours later I have yet to hear from them, Needless to say I insured my car with someone else!
