My husband, son and I went into Connollys Sligo yesterday. We walked over to a VW polo to have a look. A salesman walked over to us and asked if he could assist. I said my husband is interested in buying a polo. He went to get the keys, gave us the keys and walked. NO ONE helped us, no one offered a test drive despite us saying we want to buy a polo! Eventually after about 10 minutes of hanging around we walked out. Absolutely appalling service. Clearly they don't need the sale? Guess who just bought a Hyundai instead!

I have been battling with my current hiking shoes for a couple of months, endless hotspots and blisters etc. I booked a boot fitting at the Dublin store. Aiden was the incredible young man who assisted me. He asked so many questions, measured my feet, made sure my socks fitted correctly and then started the process of helping me find a pair of boots suited for my feet, he spent 45 minutes making sure the boots fitted, didn't rub, changed out the insoles and and and. I had such a GREAT experience and walked out feeling confident in the boots as well as having some aftercare advice to get longevity out of them. Not once did I feel pressure to chose a pair or to buy anything at all. Cotswold have gained a loyal customer. Truly delighted with their staffs knowledge, patience and genuineness in helping a picky customer out.

My boots are now well worn in and I can honestly say they are still as comfortable and well fitting if not better than when I first bought them. :)

Easy to book and pay, Dr was bang on time, asked the right questions and was able to diagnose thoroughly and quickly. Script sent to my local pharmacy. Meant I got the help I need when I needed it, as I couldn't get an appointment with my local GP for a week.

I'm a girl, so soft, comfortable hoodies are a given in my wardrobe, and as an avid hiker, when I come off a mountain cold and wet there is nothing nicer than a comfy hoody. Hubby treated me to a lilac and baby blue colour, I got a couple of sizes up and they are PERFECT, super soft, brushed fleece on the inside for warmth. Very impressed. Going to order myself a couple more.

Store is always neat and tidy, well laid out. The best part though is the staff, always friendly, always greet you and willing to answer questions.

Continued inability to deliver packages with a host of invalid excuses. Tracking numbers constantly state 'incorrect address',yet when you call in to check; the address is in fact correct. Keep being told UPS will call the contact numbers for the delivery address, but they don't. Just an absolute failure to do the one thing their entire business model is based on. Within in the last two weeks I have spent literal hours on the phone attempting to sort out deliveries, myriad of excuses, customer service agents are completely ineffectual. Don't use them if you actually want something delivered.

Always quick to deliver, and the products are good quality too.

SCAM! They supposedly use 'track678' to 'deliver' their goods. Said it was delivered, it wasn't. They will not furbish any information as to who I could touch base with at the courier company. Based on all the research I've now done(bit like closing the barn door after the horse has fled) both the clothing company in question and the courier company are frauds. :( :(

Sadly the same as everyone else. My package was supposedly delivered on 22/07/2023 4 hours before the time it actually was. Said delivered at 12h00 but I was checking at 08h00, company I ordered from is crilid, same as many other people, loads of advertising on Facebook, decent comments etc etc. BIG FAT SCAM

Staff are always engaging and friendly. Plus there is always something interesting to buy for my dog.

Ordering was simple. They have a try on facility which helps when choosing a frame online. They are super affordable. It's been such a relief to get a new pair of glasses. Delivery times were spot on, glasses arrived in good order and seem to be great quality.

This is the third time I have booked through eDreams, this time it was for business. So company funds were used. When we arrived at the airport, Ryanair said we were not booked on the flight. The app on my phone said we were confirmed for both flights. Needless to say we missed our flight and the meetings we were supposed to attend. I then called the call centre where I was told there was a technical glitch and that a refund would be issued within 24-48 hour. I called again this morning to follow up as I had, had no confirmation email. Now I've been told that it will be a further 3 days while they check with the airline and then someone will call me. This is completely unacceptable. I missed my flight due to a technical glitch on eDreams side which lead to myself and my boss missing our flight and meetings, and now it seems like I'm going to have to fight hand, tooth and nail for a refund.

Lovely supporting this small business and watching them grow as they deserve to. They deliver what they've promised. The quality is unbelievable. I've been wearing the same hoody for over a hear and it's still in fantastic shape and warm as toast. Plus the sayings are just awesome. He he he

I need a work wardrobe, and placed two orders, the first one arrived two days later, the sizing of the clothing is accurate, the quality is fantastic! The second order I placed on Thursday evening. Estimated time of delivery was Monday, imagine my surprise when I got a message from the courier that they were delivering today on a Saturday. Very grateful for the speed of delivery. :)

Placed a huge order three weeks ago and still waiting. Contacted them on the 01/02/2021 to follow up, they told me my order had been sent, despite not being able to give a tracking number. 02/02/2021 I received a message with a tracking number, when I checked on it now(Royal Mail website) they state that the sender is preparing the order. Thus not only are they slothful in actually getting orders out, but they also blatantly lied to me and see to have no issues doing so?

I was also contacted to be a brand ambassador. I normally say no, as they offer you a discount, so basically you pay to advertise their product for them, makes no sense. On their website they reference the fact that they donate to charity. I said I would order once I receive a verifiable list of charities who've benefited from their donations. The person/bot, ignores the questions and just goes on about the purchase.
