I have had contact now from the company and given my full refund
They are looking into the address confusion with Royal Mail. My main disappointment was the delay and they would send another but I would have to pay the postage yet again

I have been waiting for an order from this company some 8 days now only to be told it was returned to sender due to an address problem. The address I gave was correct. I was then told if I wanted it to be delivered I would have to pay the postage again. All I get from this company is the same email each time. I have asked for someone to ring me to explain but again the same reply. Last time I will use them
