Ruhel was very thoughtful to provide a design visit to our home on short notice, with samples and advice, before any guarantee of purchase. Very helpful throughout.

Ordered a super king sized bed, but during delivery, the headboard would not fit around the bend in our stairs. We had measured the space along with the guidance and it should have been possible. It was returned and we were charged a failed delivery fee.

After chasing up the company via email for our options, they recommended a downsize. We ordered a king sized bed with a different style of headboard to ensure it would fit. This time they couldn’t fit the bed up around the bend.
For the record we already have a king sized bed upstairs that was similarly partially assembled. The delivery drivers were the same men that attempted the first delivery, so they had seen the space and should have been able to tell the company of the available space before any subsequent order was placed.

Their knitted Christmas jumpers are very good quality. The range is also impressive.

Very helpful staff. It's nice to be able to see the products in person and get a feel for materials. However the guarantees and trials offered do not come close to those offered by online mattress retailers.
