Best Tour ever

Today on the 12th of September we had an awesome experience of visiting Oxford and Cambridge with our guide Yun Bai. We are thankful to her for her very extensive knowledge of the objects either architectural, cultural or historical.
We have already had few tours to Oxford before, so we didn't expect something extraordinary from today's visit. But what we have come to conclusion after the day's experience that afterall today's tour was the best of all so far. Thank you Yun Bai and thanks Evan Evans for this experience.

Hop2 bogus agency

Totally bogus agency which put lower price on line, you waste time and book through them, they come back and ask for more money if you refuse they cancel some people HAVE TROUBLE getting a refund, wish I had the reviews read before. Beware of hop2

you are kidding me lol, what you are doing is totally illegal and thank you but no thank you!!!
never again in a million years even if hop2 is the only company on planet to travel with and offer me a trillion dollar.
Btw not born yesterday so cut it out and show real prices so people know what they are buying if you know prices can change within few minutes there is no use of misleading people cause you are not doing business you are cheating people. Customer protection department will explain it to you in legal words

Urgent Master card's help

Using BMO master card, was planning my holidays so naturally bought tickets on line and now waiting for an emergency fraud department to open tomorrow morning to unblock my card. Spoke to emergency operator named Hazel and it gave me goosebumps how someone who does not even ask you the purpose of your call not to mention I had to stop her reading her written message to me so she could infact give me a chance to speak. Luckily by choosing French language option I could speak to Glaris, super professional and competent to transfer me to some Germain guy to cut a long story short. Master card is good for nothing,👎

Worst management ever


Before you ask for wheelchair in Montreal from Qatar Airlines, please note it is Chaotic, unorganised, callus and unprofessional. My elderly mother on a wheel chair was taking QR 764 flight with my brother on the 2nd of June 2024, we arrived 4 hours earlier with an on line check in, we were sent to wait for the wheelchair agent, there were several people waiting and several arriving afterwards but no sign of any agent or whatsoever, after one and a half hour wait I started asking questions, the reply was a spot face ,"we are calling you someone" but no hesitation even to pretend calling, literally after 2 and a half hour wait I go to the counter 596 and ask for help, the guy rudely responded the wheelchair service was for all airlines but he would call still no call no sign. There was literally 40 minutes left to board the plane, the same guy comes in panic and ask questions, almost all the crippled and aged people now on a full panic swing rush to security, a couple of agents appears to push some wheelchairs, my mom's included. Only to abandon at security check, my brother pushing the wheel chair and holding both his and my mom's carry on is a picture of total failure regarding customer service of QR. I understand issues but management is the name which is profoundly missing at this airline. No respect for people with or without a problem, their image is in name only, it is not only me but everyone there on the 2nd of June will confirm that!!! 👎

Time to Change

I and my spouse had been with Chatr for few years and the service got from good to worst, missing calls and messages undelivered became a norm, Chatr says 24hours client service which is a fantacy, worse and last straw was the client service in Laval, an employee at place Laval, Quebec names Jorko. Happily gone to a better provider.

Not the same operator I once chose

I have been with chatr for a while now but both I and my spouse are looking forward for other options. It was once a reasonably good operator not to mention now it is going bad by day, your app does not work cause always something goes wrong, your services gets blocked the same day you pay with no reason, your WiFi data evaporates cause they want you to sign for more the list is getting long so better get something more reasonable I believe!

Worst service ever!!!!!

Worst service ever!!!!!
first they sent me a message yesterday evening at the end of the day saying they could not deliver my parcel because there was no one at home (while I was waiting the whole freaking day, literally sitting and waiting).
Today, since morning I had been on phone with client service three times and first two times they insisted and swore it was to be delivered today now almost at quarter past six when I called they said," finally we would not deliver it today" and know why? because I changed signature to no contact delivery method!!!


That is how simple and callous it is for my money I paid for express delivery and second day in a row not working but instead waiting for them to do their job!!! Outrageously irresponsible company!!!!! Think twice before you recommend anything of the kind to anyone!!!!
