We took them to court, and the judge ruled in our favor, yet they still have not returned the money.

They could stop being a horrible company and give people refunds when they can't meet their end of the deal and get the client to the destination they purchased their tickets for.
Edited reply: The ticket was only refunded because I had to go out of my way to get the ticket cancelled & refunded (except for the $300 fee you charge). The reason I had to get it cancelled was because Turkey banned travel from the UK where my layover was (during covid) and even though you guys were aware you were not willing to cancel or refund it when I called and spent over an hour on the phone with the guy that said that wasn't a reason for cancellation in your policy and I had to jump through hoops and use insurance to get it cancelled when you guys quite literally couldn't get me to my destination. I literally had to go to a doctor, claim that I may have been on contact with someone who had covid to get a note to submit insurance in order to get the ticket cancelled and refunded (once again, apart from the $300 fee they charge). You guys were fully going to let me get on a 10 hour flight just to get stuck in the UK and not be able to make it to Turkey where I had a surgery scheduled. Maybe stop being a horrible company and you won't have to try justifying and fighting all the bad reviews you're getting everywhere.

Worst experience That i had with hop2, i made a round trip booking didn’t received any confirmation. Tried to reach out customer care which is utterly waste of time they will say connecting to another department and that will never happen you need to wait in line for long time and nobody shows up, they made you to hung up on your own.
I recommend not to book through hop2

Totally bogus agency which put lower price on line, you waste time and book through them, they come back and ask for more money if you refuse they cancel some people HAVE TROUBLE getting a refund, wish I had the reviews read before. Beware of hop2

Btw not born yesterday so cut it out and show real prices so people know what they are buying if you know prices can change within few minutes there is no use of misleading people cause you are not doing business you are cheating people. Customer protection department will explain it to you in legal words

They are charged me twice for the same ticket, after raising that anomaly to them they have informed me that the refund will be issued in few hours and that I will get the money back in 3-5 days MAXIMUM! When I called the next day to get an update they told me the refund hasn't even been initiated. And once it will be initiated its going to take 1-2 business weeks to reflect on my bank account. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
PS: I haven't even been able to save money on my ticket compared to if I would have booked with the airline directly.

This is a scamming company that uses click bait for users to get lower fares. Then they go back and email saying that the fare is not available and whether an alternate fare is acceptable at airlines with longer waiting times more number of connections and lower fare class. In the meantime they already have your data and the only way to get the ticket is to consent to being contacted by Phone and messages.
