Yet again faulty!!!!!!

Yet again, not working correctly. Having to put items in basket, error occurs, take out items, put back in and it works.
Then it wants to charge every time despite I'm excempt age wise and they have my darts of Birth!!!
Never used to happen like this.
App constantly being changed, causing problems all the time! Extremely frustrating!!!
Yet again the reply with a request for more information as they cannot find me??
Well I managed to order some pills a few days ago they have now arrived! For years they have been sent in an envelope and fit through the letter box, these arrived in a box that did not!!!! If I am not in then i have to travel to the post office to collect, if so I may as well go to the local pharmacist!
What has gone wrong with this organization which used to supply excellent service?

Be Very Aware!!!!!

Long standing customer received renewal, up £50 on previous year on a £5k car owned from new! Checked other insurers offering same cover, best price £145 cheaper! Awaiting delivery of new car costing 10 times as much, checked LV quote £30 dearer than £5k car! wrote to CEO LV querying, treated as a complaint. Reply: no satisfactory explanation! take it or leave it! I've left! My perception is that Allianz new owners are taking advantage of loyal customers and profiteering! The fact they (Allianz) are tv advertising would indicate they are searching for new customers, perhaps they need to if this is how they treat their own existing customers!

poor electronic booking system

Returned from holiday, hoseasons offered incentive to book for 2026. Had to be done on line, very poor experience with on line system! Left me unsure of figures used by them as not clear online or on booking confirmation. Tried ringing AI tried its best to resist me speaking to a human. Eventually got through to a very helpful Lia who resolved swiftly. Score would have been lower without her assistance.

Yet again app update not working

Yet again app update not working! E mailed support, not bothered to reply again!! Running out of patience.
Last time asked I spend my time sending screen shots, details etc. Not sure when they employed me, and how much paying to do this? I expect it to work!!!

be aware before using this company!!!!

T/A Navigators and general after recent takeover.
Unable to get response to renewal of existing policy!
Complained to N&G no response! Complained to GEo no response! Been a customer for 20 years, will be insuring elsewhere in future.

Latest app does not work correctly

Latest app does not work correctly. Regularly a error occurs preventing ordering! E mailed pharmacy 2u, not bothered to reply. This updated app is about the third that has not worked correctly! There was nothing wrong with the original.
Still no news back to my contact direct, however my wife has had a reply. Initial making it appear to be a user issue! When challenged they confirmed there is a ongoing software problem and now want use to provide details as and when it happens with screenshot, time, device used etc!
So platitudes, updated app that's more complicated and doesn't work causing frustration, difficulty ordering and cap it all a need to report with screenshots to enable them to try and cure their many glitches. Beware!!!!

waste of time if looking for a new car

If I could score less I would. Absolute rubbish, I am looking for a new car. Offers received were fictitious. Worst one offering £17k discount on my desired vehicle. When I contacted to buy, they had not got one and could not order one!

Think carefully before buying!!!!!

2nd time I have input this. Norton VPN will not connect, erratic before this on unsecured WiFi, connecting erratically. Now will not connect. Support by Norton is web based and no support whatsoever! Constantly looping web pages etc. Live chat is not with a person and results in same web page loop! I ca pay for increased support seemingly! There's a surprise! Think very carefully before buying!
See the reply, what a load of platitudes!! I've paid for a product that doesn't work! It's stopped me using my phone usage on unsecured WiFi!! Seemingly they are going to learn from it. I do not do Facebook or twitter and have no interest in them, so how do I get my phone back working.
Google have advised me a norton developer of the vpn product wants me to work with them to improve their App! That's what the e mail says!
I've still paid for a product that doesn't work and has frozen me out of contact on my phone via WiFi!
I want someone to advise how to get my phone working again as on switching on VPN it freezer on an island in the Mediterranean and then shuts off leaving me unprotected!
On other tablets it works when operated manually for a while then switches itself off! It evens tells me that insecure WiFi is secure, I manually switch on, it then tells me it's protecting me and the WiFi was insecure! The same WiFi it said was secure in the first place before I switched on manually.
I thought VPN is supposed to check you connection all the time, switching on when necessary!
Over to you norton perhaps you can provide me a free phone for some support from a human being to resolve my problems????

Be very wary dealing with this company!!!!

Paid for agreed valuation, promised e mail re process never arrived! Chased by phone, sent form by e mail, completed and returned via portal. Weeks have gone by, no response. Chasing by e mail gets an automated reply, saying we are very busy!!!!
Lodged a complaint electronically today, no automated response recieved as they say and no reference number!
Looked for a ceo e mail address, they are one of only a small number of companies that do not supply this!
Looking at the responses to other people on this site, their stock answer appears to be a platitude only!
I have paid for aproduct but not recieved it!

Be wary using this company!!!!!!!!

Matting delivered was incorrect length from what was ordered. Cut short of required amount! They agreed to replace with correct length but required me to wrap, label etc the return item!
I am nearly 70 with a spinal problem, so hardly practical! Despite being aware of this they are insistent it has to be done. It's cost me £12.70 for plastic and tape and 90 minutes to do! Plus considerable pain!
The matting only cost £45 in the first place!
Excellent example of shoddy treatment be wary!
It got worse!
UPDATE UPDAT UPDATE UPDATE
On 3rd attempt they got it right! Seemingly unable to measure 2m first 2 rimes, leaving matting short!
Their customer service team, we're just as bad as their sales.
Eventually getting it right after 4 days extra waiting in for deliveries wasting my time, and hours e mailing etc.
My request for reimbursement of the expense of the return wrapping materials £12.70 was met with an offer of a goodwill gesture payment of £5, and £5 more if I gave them a revised score of 4/5 with specific wording to be used on trustpilot to get the extra £5!!!!!!!!!
Customer satisfaction, customers time, extra costs etc clearly mean nothing to them!
Still no wiser as to how anyone can miss measure 2m!
Use them at your peril!

The majority of our orders are collected using a third party courier, this means we are not able to instruct the drivers to enter the property or complete any rolling/wrapping of the goods. We do try to set our customers expectations by advising within our terms and conditions that all items need to be checked and if they are not as expected, rolled back up and wrapped for the driver to attend and collect.
