I was recommended to go to "Go Outdoors" Kidderminster to purchase a riding hat for my 9 year old grandson, this being his first one. I am so glad I did, Su and Andrea really were very professional, new exactly what they were doing and looking for in fitting a riding hat. There was no pressure, no rush, they were very friendly and Su let my grandson walk around in the final one to check it was comfortable and there were no pressure points. Thank you Su and Andrea for your time, patience and expertise.

Items were as described, bought as Christmas presents so not able to review particular garments but pleased so far. Staff were were very friendly and helpful in store when I went to collect.

I was not at home but took his call and my daughter dealt with him. Her comments were, Martin was friendly,a really nice guy, worked hard over a number of hours to find the fault (which had been on going for nearly 3 months). Martin isolated the fault eventually and repaired it and also helped with an issue inside. Thank you Martin for persevering and succeeding where others have failed, can't thank you enough.

Staff were very patient with my elderly friend who kept changing her mind about which sandals she wanted. However, when she had decided, her size wasn't in stock, but not deterred the assistant kept smiling and said she could order her size in. I agreed I would collect them and used my email address for the notification, just waiting now to hear they are in stock and can be collected. Second item ordered from Appliances Direct as my first experience was 5*****. . Happy to report that I give them 5***** again for a first class experience. Ordered an air cooler and got it at a great price and delivered with care by DPD in a couple of days. It is brilliant and has been a life saver in this hot weather. Highly recommend this company.

Generally a good site to use showing each product with an explanation and little video. The only bit I'm not keen on is at check out when,if you are not careful, you could end up purchasing an extra item and spending more money than intended. However, I have ordered more products from this company as they have some excellent products. Fast delivery and good/friendly communications.Highly recommended.

I spent a lot of time looking for the ideal microwave to replace my Toshiba which unfortunately broke after 18 months. I found just what I was looking for at Appliances Direct, a Sharp 20L at a fabulous price. I didn't pay for next day delivery but I received it next day. Excellent service and delivery made within the hour time scale given by courier. Highly recommend this company, will be using them again.Thank you, microwave is great.

Stylish watch, better than expected, bought as gifts, not given yet, disappointed to see they were made and shipped from China. Took several days to arrive but did arrive safely and nicely packaged. Lovely boxes.

Recommended by my nephew. I needed temporary insurance on my existing after cancelling my policy to take a new one out on another car I was buying. Only took a few minutes to sort out with the option of extending if required. Easy,simple steps with the option to have paper copies. Great recommendation from my nephew, would use again.

Lots of questions to answer so takes a bit of time but straightforward to fill in. Lots of options once completed, look out for the excess amount payable before choosing the cheapest option. Good site for looking at different companies with varying choices and prices. Recommend using this site.

Looking for some T Shirts for a teenager as a Christmas present and found just what I was looking for, right brand,right size at the right price. I was able to collect from my local store which was great, showed my order number,ID and that was it, away I went with my parcel. The whole shopping experience probably only took 15 minutes. What a great way to shop.

My insurance company used Auto Windscreens, I found there site easy to use to book a slot to replace mine at home. However, there was a lengthy delay in actually getting the work done, the only explanation was "the glass hasn't arrived". After calling customer service several times,I found out there was a manufacturing problem. Eventually (several weeks) the windscreen was replaced,however better communication would have helped the situation.
The guys who came out and changed the windscreen were polite, professional, quick, clean and tidy and I was happy with the job and the advice.

Super site for requesting a tradesperson but I was initially disappointed with the response. However, Tony from TriPave Construction did respond. Although I was outside his normal area he came and gave me a competitive estimate and I gave him the job. Tony and his team were brilliant and I would highly recommend them. I wouldn't have found them if I hadn't used Checkatrade. I will use it again for any future projects. It is straightforward to use so go for it.
