I definitely do not recommend this…

I definitely do not recommend this company. It has been 4 months since I placed my order and all I keep getting is “we’re looking into it” responses when I chase it up, which I have had to do more than 5 times. Was told a manager would call me about it today but again absolutely no calls or messages of any kind which has been the pattern for months.
update: Was just told the latest updated delivery date is November! Over 7 months from when I ordered it. Even though the website says they have 54 units "in-stock" and they are ready to be dispatched.
Have requested a refund.
This definitely feels like a scam.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we are truly sorry for the frustration caused. We completely understand how disappointing it must have felt to wait so long and to still not receive the trampoline within your expected timeframe.
In your case, the shipment of trampolines was unfortunately delayed due to a rare and unforeseen batch issue combined with customs inspections. This created repeated delays that were outside of our control. Throughout this time we did continue to provide updates by email and also offered solutions, including a free upgrade to another trampoline size that was in stock, as well as alternative models and compensation options. We also reached out directly by phone to explain and discuss further solutions. We regret that the timing of communications may not have been clear enough, and we apologise sincerely for any misunderstanding this created.

While this was a rare event that affected only a very small percentage of our orders, we recognise that it caused you significant inconvenience, and for that we take full responsibility. Not worth the hassle

Ordered using the app to size a shirt, it came as was not quite right. After sending a photo back a new shirt was ordered but it was even worse. Then after the 3rd shirt (which did still not fit) I asked for a refund but they said no. I just gave up and lost my money.
Just not worth the hassle, I would not recommend.
