I like this brand a lot. The shoes i ordered directly from the website did not fit, but return process was non-problematic.

I just really like their shoes. Delivery is always quick and unproblematic. I returned something only once and it went smoothly.

Reliable and quick. Excellent prices. I order my plant-based milk here.

They cancelled my order after 13:00 on the day it was supposed to be deilvered. It is bad, but at least they did not make it worse by claiming the delivey and keeping the money (that's how low the bar is in services in Germany). I am still giving it 1 star for two additional reasons:
1. "as an apology we give you 20% discount for your next order" is worse than just doing nothing in this case. it was my first order, and I'm not gonna order again. The "grand" discount is just insulting.
2. Relentless bombardment with emails demanding feedback. Just an insane number of emails. It only stopped when i envoked my GDPR rights.

it used to be a really nice shop, but a couple of months ago things started rapidly changing for the worse. Ordering an item in a "neuwertig" condition used to mean you'd get a new thing. Now it's just some trash. I returned my whole last order, as all items deviated from the description. I do not understand what the logic behind this change is. If people want a new item, and you are tricking them into getting trash, you will just get it sent back. The new policy of charging for returns is not going to change it. It's a really sad situation and I believe it's gonna cost this shop greatly.

the order was fine, but I'm subtracting 3 stars for unsolicited repeated emails and reminders. Stop the spamming!

simple but cheap. No problems, no surprises.

nicht möglich Daten zu aktualisieren, sehr schwierig (oder gar nicht möglich?) Konto zu löschen. Nutzlos also.

I bought there a pullover once. It was described as new, but I received basically trash. I contacted the support, but they just asked me to sort it out with the seller. The seller did not react at all. On top of that, my negative review for the seller was not correctly reflected in the seller's rating, such that that person could continue deceiving other buyers.
