Evri consistently provide a terrible…

Evri consistently provide a terrible service. The delivery person is so lazy he cannot bring items to the door. I have mentioned this before but it makes absolutely no difference. I do not think Evri take any notice of the reviews. Perhaps they shouldn't load so many packages onto the delivery people as the targets are probably unachievable!

Very poor quality…

I purchased three roll neck tops from Peacocks and unfortunately I washed them prior to having a good look at them. The fabric is so thin and see through. They are very short and one had holes in it. Lesson learned always check before you wash anything!

First class products, projects and tutorials.

I have purchased three sets of willow projects so far and am thrilled with each one. You receive so much willow in the bundle which enables you to have a go at other projects. I cannot praise the video tutorials enough. They are absolutely fantastic, as you watch them in real time so you get to see each step over and over again whilst it is explained verbally as well. It really helps to see what the tutor is doing so you can compare your work with theirs. I love making willow projects although it is very difficult to master, but practice makes perfect. Thank you for your fantastic products, projects and tutorials.

Very comfortable leggings just a little…

Very comfortable leggings just a little too long for me. Perhaps I purchased the wrong length! Fabric is lovely and soft and they do not feel tight around the stomach which is great. Have just purchased another pair.

I came across Animed because I wanted a particular brand of pet food and am getting more and more frustrated at the increasing prices by other retailers. From what I can see Animed appear to price their products fairly and I do hope they continue to do so. Very satisfied with their service.

Expensive goods, poor quality and poor customer service

We purchased our two and three seater sofas in December 2022. We were so pleased with them but unfortunately within two years the cushions and seat pads are woefully unacceptable. They squash down every time you sit on the sofas meaning you have to plump them up each time you get up. The filling is just not up to standard for the money spent. I contacted Sofas and Stuff about this issue and was told due to the sofas being over one year old the cushions and seat pads were no longer covered by the warranty. Interestingly we heard absolutely nothing from Sofas and Stuff once our order has been delivered which was extremely disappointing. It seems as though they don't want to know once they have your money. We are now left with extremely saggy seat and cushion pads which we will have to replace due to Sofas and Stuff selling products which are not fit for purpose. We spent a lot of hard earned money on these sofas and have been provided sub standard goods. Very disappointed.

Absolute con

Absolute con! Motorway give you an initial price to reel you in. Then once you've spent an age taking photos and being told you need to retake them, they immediately knock the price down considerably. Then to add insult to injury they come back with an even lower price based on what they think the dealers will offer. Absolute waste of time. To add insult to injury even when I had contacted Motorway to let them know I no longer wanted to sell with them I was still receiving emails, messages via WhatsApp and a phone call saying my vehicle had been sold. They really need to be far more efficient and ensure they act quickly to avoid any upset.

When creating your Motorway profile, you will receive an initial guide valuation for your vehicle. This is based on industry guide prices, live market data, and our previous sales history. 
Once you have submitted your vehicle photos, clearly showing all angles of the vehicle, your initial guide valuation will be tailored to reflect the condition of your specific vehicle. 

We are sorry if you were unhappy with our photo requests whilst completing your profile. Please know that these requirements have been developed with the UK dealerships on our platform, which will ultimately maximise the performance of your vehicle during the sale. 

Typically, our photo requirements are clearly displayed within the profile set up page, however, if any photos aren’t quite up to standard, we may ask for these to be retaken. For instance, this may occur if the photos don’t match the angles we request, cut off parts of the vehicle, are blurred, or are too small to be used to advertise your car. 

After the photos have all been approved on our platform, you will speak with our Sales Team to verify the information you have provided, at which point we will check for any damage on the vehicle, to ensure your final valuation is accurate. 

We will discuss any factors which may impact your valuation; however, please know that this isn’t done to arbitrarily reduce your estimate, but rather to ensure that offers reflect the condition of your vehicle and are honoured on collection.

In this instance, we can see that your initial guide valuation was lowered to reflect several imperfections you had declared to your profile. Whilst this was confirmed with you during your conversation with one of our agents, we can see that the estimate had slightly dropped after your call.

Regrettably, we understand that this final change to your estimate was not brought to your attention prior to your vehicle entering the sale. We apologise for the inconvenience caused by this error. Rest assured that we will be passing feedback onto the agent’s Team Leader to provide additional training and monitoring. 

We are sorry if you were unhappy with the contact you had from Motorway following the daily sale. I do not understand how this company…

I do not understand how this company can call themselves Aeltcare UK when they are clearly based in China. I ordered an item but wanted to cancel. I contacted them to do so but found out it had been shipped from China. It looks as though they are going to deduct money from me because I will be returning it to them and I no longer need it.
Not happy at all.

Very disappointed with Evri

I am very disappointed with Evri having failed to deliver my order since receiving it at their depot on 24th December.
I contacted the supplier and they were informed by Evri that the parcel could not be accounted for!
I would love to know what they have done with my parcel.
