I recently started using Clearpay and so far the experience is smooth. Payments go through easily, and the app is simple to use. However, I was hoping for a higher starting limit.

Before Clearpay, I used Klarna for 7–8 months. My Klarna starting limit was £950 and it increased to £2,000 over time. I still have credit available with Klarna, but due to poor customer service, I stopped using it and decided to give Clearpay a try.

I trust Clearpay will increase my spending power soon as I build my history here too. A bit more flexibility at the start would have made a big difference.

Didn’t get my parcel while they claiming they delivered it to my neighbour.
