Have had Clearpay now for a long time now. BUT. They have taken Amazon uk of. I love Clearpay I have always paid on time but now amazon is gone I’m stuck. It helps me a lot to do my budgeting if I can afford it now they help me out a lot. I will miss them.

Used Clearpay for quite sometime now, very easy to use and hassle free, however recently Amazon has been removed from the lists, shame really as I don’t use much of the others.
Hopefully it’ll return and it’s just some blip

I’ve written in about the issues I’m encountering with clearpay and have mentioned to the Bank that’s closed what’s happening. Since the Review I did here Yesterday I had a reply to contact for assistance directly and have been lied to again. It’s more patronising than anything for it to be said that there’s nothing they can do about the refund that’s supposedly gone to an expired card.
Having been given recognition Numbers I can only suggest the refund is on its way back from bouncing at the Bank or Clearpay have run off with it since it bounced.
The payment of £169.99 isn’t with me and they have seemed as though they’re willing to assist to the Public and saying a similar thing in the reply to me.

Again a failure by clear pay to uphold responsibility for it's customers. Happy to charge for goods, yet once a problem arises like a return that shows item wasn't acceptable they turn on you and absolve themselves of responsibility.
However still want a payment for an item that has been returned well over a month ago. What a joke of a company.
No doubt again they will ask for me to contact them to show customers that they are helpful but it's all a fake act. Don't help just deflect and fob you off with putting the blame onto yourself rather than there retailers.

I had a financial difficulties in this month. Also I had my last payment £50 but I cant pay that on time and im sent a message to the customer service through the application like Clearpay advised. The customer service gave me a payment arrangement option and they said I have to choose how I want to pay 7days 14 days or monthly amd which day I would like to start the payment. Im already confirmed everything by the chat in the application without any reply. Next day Clearpay debited my card with a full last payment plus £6 late payment fee after they offered me for the payment arrangement...I sent my seconde message 6 hours later about why the full payment was deducted if the customer service gave me a payment arrangement option, She said no worries they will reverse the payment with a refund. I said thank you and confirmed what they sent to me about where I have to pay . After my confirmation even no any word come back to me I sent lot of messages without ANY reply. So they offered me payment arrangement after they deducted the full pay which caused financial hardship when I made a complaint they offered me the payment reversing with refund option which is never happened and they avoided my all messages and left me stressed with financial difficulties. 20hours ago im still waiting without reply. This is the worst customer service ever in my life. I have the all conversation because I made a screenshots (for proof)clearly show what they offered me , how many times and when I sent my messages with out any reply or resolution. I will raise my complaint with the FCA or The Ombudsam Services because that is wired just avoid the customers and leave stressing and make a financial hardship with resolution offer but nothing happened.

This is the worst company I have ever seen, as it is not on the side of its customers. I bought an item and the seller didn't send me the item. I sent loads of emails to the seller but no reply from them. I informed Clearpay to reverse the payment but they are telling me nonsense. My bank account can never do that. The money is just £35 plus. If it's more than that, that means that I am on my own. My advice to all Clearpay customers is to be very careful when using it to make any payment. Thanks

Right bought couple lights on temu then decided wasn't right ones done through clearpay so temu refunded straight away brilliant I've only seen on amount on clearpay for 4.25 which is back in account all other been cancelled to bring it to refund total why temu refunded 16.99 u have put in 4.25 where's the rest of the refund that's fraud put it this way I'm not paying any more till that refund amount is put back in the account simple as oh as of your reply u have replied to me on the app and sorted f___ a___ so no it's not sorted

Absolutely appalling.
I have an outstanding balance that I received a reminder for. My automatic payment failed due to a change of bank card details following fraudulent account activity.
Now I have to pay manually, fine.
To log into Clearpay I need to reset password, ok no problem, 6 digit code, ok, now enter some digits from long card number. Card has been destroyed.
Contacted Clearpay by email and text.
Sorry your details are not on our database, WHAT ! Then why are you contacting me with a missed payment notification !
Called Clearpay, sorry can't help you.
So am I now going to have a missed payment black flag on my credit report !
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
Oh I do not believe it ! Clearpay response - "please log into your Clearpay count to contact us further " ! Did they not read my negative review, I cannot log into my Clearpay account without updating my password which I cannot do due to no longer having access to the information required ! Unbelievable!

I've had Clear Pay for a while now and can honestly say it's a great service, I've had a few items through clear pay and never been disappointed. Easy to use and instantly accepted and also when ordering within seconds it's done. I always pay up accounts well before there due. Much prefer clear pay it's my go to app and far more better than Klarna.

I like Clearpay as a whole but rather disappointing that I am not trusted as have to pay off a transaction before I book another Travelodge etc. and I am nowhere near my limit.
Makes me question in future if I am not paying what I bought in 2 week payments I may as well pay in full with the merchant.
All my payments so far I have made even paid a day early but not been late or had any missed payments.
The system does not function if you can’t spend up to your limit.
So Clearpay is good in theory but in practice not so much.

Clearpay is ok.... they kept freezing my account all the time, so i have switched to zilch as my primary go to.
If they didn't freeze it all the time...and prevented me from shopping the ratings and review would be higher and better.
The freeze has been lifted and i can resume as normal but my personal star rating if 3/5 will remain the same.
