Ordered a Lacoste T-shirt but was sent the wrong size. Returned the item, which was delivered back to them on 14/01/26. I was told refunds can take up to two weeks, however it has now been three weeks and I’m still waiting. I’ve since been told to wait again, which is really frustrating. Disappointing service — I just want my refund.

Ordered swimming shorts through Lovethesales.com, and sale on bank was to lovethesales. Returned the item using their return portal on the lovethesales website with there return label created, with no issues. After a couple of weeks I chased where the refund was, and was advised the retailer they used for that particular item does not refund for swimming shorts due to hygiene. I objected and they said to chase retailer through bank to get money back. I told them that they gave me the option to return with no detail I couldn't return it. Also asking me to claim money back to my card from the particular retailer is not possible as the transaction was with lovethesales as per my bank statement. They just said they cannot refund as issue is between me and the retailer. Also nobody sent back the item (that technically I own) or asked me what I want to happen with it alternatively. Don't buy swimming shorts from them as they could be returned ones they won't refund or send back to customer and have hygiene issues. Bad experience all round with a company I have spent alot of money with and this was a smaller transaction with clear signs of my good intentions. Order WEB36763

I bought these items for my grandson.
He is so delighted with it.

I purchased a size 32 DSquared pair of jeans, but the delivery came with a size 46, which did not fit me. I therefore messaged customer service to say that the wrong size was sent to me. I got a response from Nova Clothing (where the jeans are sourced from) that the correct size was sent (46 is 32), but I am confused because on the lovethesales website, 48 is 32. I had to pay postage to return the item, which I am not happy about, but the irony is that it's not clear which size I should order to get my size (the website says one thing, and the source says another).

This is a message after reading your response. I can't add a link to this review of the item page, as otherwise I would have. The jeans I purchased from your website and not the retailer is Dsquared2 black bull badge black denim pants, and it clearly states that size 48 is 32 (size guide). Your information is misleading and blatantly incorrect and therefore not trustworthy. The irony is that you're not either seeing it or agreeing to it, which is BAD FOR YOUR BUSINESS. ADVERTISE WITH THE CORRECT INFORMATION. If 32 is 46, then change that on your website, acknowledge the error and compensate accordingly.

Sadly I didn't look for reviews before buying, got the wrong item and know basically saying that I need to pay to send it back when it was their fault.

Ordered 3 pairs of trousers only 2 got delivered got in touch with them and they told me all 3 were shipped...stay away from them, horrendous company to deal with, avoid at all cost!!!

Shocking company to deal with. Third party agents, selling through other companies. If you have any issues, they simply pass the buck. They have no control of any goods you may buy.
