Shocking company to deal with

Shocking company to deal with. Third party agents, selling through other companies. If you have any issues, they simply pass the buck. They have no control of any goods you may buy.

Tried that before I put on review, you did little to try and resolve the issue.

Very bad company to deal with

Very bad company to deal with. They use third parties to supply the goods and when it goes wrong they just pass the buck and leave you to deal with the third party.

Great smooth service

Great smooth service. Fair price. When you describe the condition of the car, you must be honest. The car will get a full inspection with very competent staff. I would recommend. I had Jonathan inspect my car and he was very professional.

Comprehensive but no windscreen cover

First time I’ve seen a comprehensive cover that doesn’t cover windscreen. Will never renew or recommend.
Further to the reply from Admiral below, it was explained that there are several tiers to comprehensive cover and this is explained on their website.
In my opinion, they have introduced a tier system in order to show competitive price on comparison sites, but you are not getting the full comprehensive insurance you think you’re getting. Buyer beware!
I had to pay an extra £59 to add windshield cover. On the comparison site if this was added to the policy price, Admiral would have been out of the top 10 and I would never have chosen them.

Glasgow Airport, Great service.

Glasgow Airport, straight forward. Took the extra insurance and. Car return petrol policy was explained very clearly (return with full tank or you can let Sixt refill at charges explained)
Very transparent company, will use again provided I get a competitive price.
Location for pickup just outside terminal and out of hours return, was no problem.

The future is Wise, for the Wise Person

I have been using Wise for over 3 years. It’s very easy to use and very quick with transfers. Added bonus is you get paid interest if you have money in your account.
I Put a dispute resolution request with regards a rouge trader and got full refund back into my account. It angers me how the High Street banks have been ripping us off for years. Wise is the future in Banking. You can also set up DDs.
Very Transparent on their fees.

Progress reports on portal does not reflect on site progress

Progress reports on your Ashberry does not reflect what is happening on the ground. Got an update weeks ago to say roof trusses and tiles is complete, this is not the case. Don’t know why they bother with the fancy portal when it’s not the case.

Avoid if you can

Avoid if you can. Trying to contact them via email but always fails. They seem to want you to wait in a queue for customer service.
Had a bad experience with delayed flight and luggage not being prioritised as it should. As a result l missed my connecting and had to pay for a change and delayed a further 8 hours as a result unable to get through to WestJet. Don’t expect good customer service.
