Love this product. Have used it on two of my phones and it's flawless. Love love love the self-adhering technology. It protected my phone even when I accidentaly dropped it from a standing position (landed on its corner). Only the Supershieldz had a small crack; my phone screen itself didn't have a scratch. Will buy this for every phone I have going forward.

After ordering a women's tank shirt and waiting more than a month for it to arrive, I was dismayed to find that it looked like it was sewn by a kindergartner. The arm holes are big enough for a 7 ft tall man, and the piping around the armholes is sewn in such a way that they turn outwards, completely revealing boobs. Side boobs too. If you're an exhibitionist, this would be a great shirt for you. Went back and forth with customer service who said I would need to order a smaller size to get the boob-reveal thing fixed. So I said sure, let's try that - even though the rest of my originally-ordered shirt fit fine. Then they tried to charge me a $14 shipping fee for the new shirt OR I could have a huge 10% discount and pay for the shirt again! Given the pricey-ness of this shirt ($36 for a tank...what was I thinking) and the relative low quality of workmanship, I won't be purchasing from them again. Oh - this is the best part: They do not post bad reviews on their website. Buyer beware.

SATO sent me an itinerary with incorrect flight data; they completely eliminated a leg of my return flight. After 45 min on hold waiting for a representative, I was told that on their side my flights looked as they should be, including the leg that my itinerary showed as missing. They did send me a corrected itinerary but there was no explanation for why the erroneous one was sent in the first place. Big communication problem somewhere on the SATO side that resulted in a complete waste of my time.

Driver did not leave an info notice on door when trying to deliver package that needed signature (I was not home), yet UPS website does not allow you to change delivery time or location (unless you pay minimum of $10) online. Finally got a hold of customer service agent (India?) who could've cared less about a customer not being able to access information about a package in their own account. Agent suggested that I have it sent to a pickup location and pay $7 to do so. Unfreakinbelievable how this company, which used to be the pinnacle of success, has fallen so low. Doesn't even try any more.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered three items, all of which were the wrong size when compared to the supposed size chart on the website. Contacted Newchic to find out how to return them and was basically told that I could not...UNLESS I sent them a photo of the garment with a measuring tape showing the measurements so they could decide if it was the wrong size. The garments (size M) were humongous. They could fit a small elephant. And they were very VERY cheaply made. As a comparison, I made a better quality dress in my 7th grade home economics class. STAY AWAY from this company, as they have NO customer service. Also, they have changed their name at least once and probably will again. In the end, I just did a charge-back from my bank, so I did get my money back. And now I can donate these things for someone who can wear the appropriate size.
