Terrible customer support
I ordered an M6 advanced from Autofull. The chair wasn’t in stock initially but as soon as it was available it arrived within 2 days. However, it arrived missing a part (it’s like a metal plate mount to keep the back rest attached to the base) and I was only able to talk to someone via email. Whenever I sent an email I got an automated response that they are attending a wedding and can’t get back to me for a week or more later. What kind of business is this? Is it run by one person.
