Ik ben al meer als een maand aan het wachten voor een payout approval max 48 uur zeggen ze. Dan wanneer ik er achter vraag krijg ik altijd de zelfde response dat ze het probleem gaan forwarden en dan krijg ik weer niks te horen. Ook wanneer ik er achter vraag in de discord word ik gelijk gebanned voor een week. Zolang niemand mij direct helpt en mijn payout request van een maand geleden geen voorang krijgt blijf zeker weg van deze firm niet trustworthy

I have faced a lag where my promo free account wasn't issued even a week after I finalised purchase. Though its clearly not the kind of service one would will to recieve, I want to give credit to QT support service and specifically to operator John. He quickly responded to my inquiry, made a rapid check by the information provided and resolved my problem, issuing new account outright.

Refund not received, first they said 3-5 business days, after a week they said 5-10 business days, after 3 weeks they said wait 24 hours. I waited for a day, I asked again, still nothing. Asked again earlier, they said they will email me as soon as possible, a day has passed still nothing, 1 month wasted.

Avoid Quant Tekel (QT Funded). I passed my challenge with a 24.62% consistency score—my dashboard literally had a GREEN PASS BAR. Despite this, they denied my $567.20 payout on account #10364645.

The Scam:

Rules don't matter: Their FAQ states for accounts after Nov 2nd, the "speech duration" rule is REMOVED. My account started Dec 12. They ignored their own text to breach me for a speech event.

Hidden Traps: They use "All-Day" tags as a loophole to ignore the rules they actually publish on their dashboard.

Zero Risk: I was trading 0.01 lots (minimum possible risk).

They wait until you are consistent and then use "hidden help links" to void your profits. Ticket #2243.

I mistakenly kept my vpn on , due to that ky account got disabled, but jatin helped me to recover my account.

I passed all of Quantekel’s challenges legitimately and qualified for a $900 payout.

When I submitted my payout request, they ignored me for 4 days. No response, no update — nothing. For a company that claims to support traders, this level of communication is unacceptable.

After 4 days of silence, they suddenly rejected my payout, claiming I violated their “all-day news” rule. The trade they’re referring to made $0.60. Yes, sixty cents. I opened that trade simply to meet the minimum trading day requirement.

Instead of looking at the fact that I completed the challenges properly and earned $900 fairly, they used a $0.60 trade as justification to deny the entire payout.

This does not feel like fair risk management — it feels like they are searching for technicalities to avoid paying traders once they become eligible for withdrawal.

Very disappointing experience. If you trade with this firm, understand that even the smallest detail can apparently be used against you when it’s time to get paid i have full proof of what happened.
