Do not trust distance sales contracts of Hepsiburada

The company, which explicitly stated in the distance sales contract that it would deliver the package to my door, violated the contract and refused to deliver my package on the grounds that my address was outside their delivery area(In Istanbul). Afterwards, I had to buy the same product, which I had originally purchased on sale, from another store at a 30% higher price. I told them that by failing to comply with the terms of the contract they themselves had declared, they caused me both financial and time loss. They then closed my complaint record, saying “We refunded your money, don’t prolong the issue and don’t bother us.”

They appear to be a large, corporate company, but their reliability is very low. You might think it’s safe because it’s a distance sales contract, but they can easily violate the agreement. They might as well have refused to deliver the product and not refunded my money. After all, if a company can breach one clause of a contract, it can breach them all. If you’re planning to buy a product from Turkey, definitely stay away.

Warning about seller Yasomi / Isa Iletişim (Hepsiburada):

They sell products without a trustworthy warranty. If the item is defective, no one takes responsibility. Warranty issues are always blamed on the user, and the so-called “repair” costs are often higher than the price of the product itself.

⚠️ Beware of this seller (Yasomi / Isa Iletişim) on Hepsiburada.
❌ Hepsiburada also fails to take proper measures against such unfair sellers.

Terrible customer service for delivery…

Terrible customer service for delivery of an item. I was informed that a package would arrive today on 19 July. I waited all day. Then in the afternoon I inquired and was informed that the delivery was not made because I wasn't home. I contacted customer service and was told that I was contacted by. phone. I responded by saying that my call log shows no incoming calls. I was then told sorry, but after one attempt the HepsiJet delivery service was sending back to the issue company. Never had this problem with Trendyol, N11, Ciceksepeti, or Amazon. They use Araas Cargo, Surat Cargo, MNG Cargo, PTT Cargo or ma,om Cargo. They call and often have the direct phone to the courier and real time tracking and the option to leAve at a pickup point or the distribution office. Not so with HepsiJet cargo. I am a certified customer service trainer with 10 years of e experience and can say with certainty, that Hepsiburada , needs to get rid of it's cargo carrier. Excuses and truing to blame the buyer is not a good option. I will never purchase from this company again.

Hepsiburada regrets...

I am a subscriber to Hepsiburada Premium paid membership and they have been doing the same thing with almost all orders placed recently.
First, they list the products at a more affordable price than other stores and offer them to us, then we order and wait.
Within an average of 1 week, they cancel the order without any information to you and start the refund process by adding +1 week more time.
All the support conversations and correspondence you will establish in this process will never mean anything to them because they have made this method a tradition / culture for themselves.
Please research the brand and their complaints before ordering.

Useless customer support full of adult children

Long story short: order and pray nothing goes wrong.

Out of 10 customer service workers maybe 1 actually cares or knows how to look at your profile or help you. I can confidently say i've never met a more useless and customer support.

I've been a customer since 2022 and it was a tough ride. Most of my orders are good and i had no problems with it but i can't physically order there anymore so i'll have to delete my account.

You will quickly learn that you can't actually order everything you see there, fearing that either the pictures a blatant lie or the cargo will break it on the way and you'll have to deal with the consequences.

They can deliver you broken furniture and you'll have to return it to the cargo offices yourself. I had to hire a car to do that. Only HepsiJet and Kolaygelsin cargo have been good so far, other cargo companies are horrible.

Worst thing about the company is their customer support. Dealing with them is harder than dealing with a child and i'm not even being emotional. If copy-pasted response doesn't satisfy you they will get angry and either close the chat with you or will waste your time.

I was unable to order anything if i had Premium on and i still am. Only 1 out of about 10 support chats ended up in someone actually doing their job like a professional. Imagine spending half a day trying to find a customer support who's willing to help you GIVE THEM MONEY?

To Hepsiburada staff: if you're reading this and you care - please look into who's talking to your customers. 9 people out of 10 just don't want to do their jobs, don't know how to do their jobs and are rude. Your app is full of bugs and your developers have no idea about them because your customer support doesn't do any reporting. If you need any receipts, chat logs and other proof of the staff incompetence, i'm always happy to respond.

Feels fake

Let's see. I ordered three things. None of them got delivered. They said something was wrong with the adress.
That is totally possible.
So I only reordered only the thing most needed.
But this time the adress was automatically choosen when I started to type the name.
If you put it in Google it's pretty obvious where it is.
It's a flat , four different apartments. All are home. 4 bells.
Especially because of the rain I was home (dogsitting, not my flat) all day. I didn't hear a bell.
The name of the appartment is outside written above the door.
It's not the longest street ...
I can see they are refunding the money in pieces, but I wouldn't trust those who have to deliver. They really really did not do any effort to deliver.
If it's on google, all people are home, thin walls no bell heard or there was no delivery or something else is going on.
Anyways their loss. I couldn't find what I needed in the city so I will buy it when I leave the country.
Outside.
Meanwhile I did every effort to fill a whole app mainly in Turkish. Trying to adjust.
But this review is better in English cause as a foreigner in Antalya you shouldn't order something. Cause you might never get it.
There was no communication, no effort , not a note left rhat I can pick it up at ghe post.
Weird.
They need to do something about their customers service and expedition

Schneller, einfacher Versand, einfache Rückgabe. Kundendienst sowohl lala. Ohne türkisch zu verstehen ist man dort verloren.

I recently had a disappointing…


I recently had a disappointing experience with Hepsiburada regarding unauthorized charges on my Visa card. for premium options, Without my consent, a charge was made to my registered card, and I received no prior notification or request for authorization. I immediately contacted customer support to report this unauthorized transaction, but despite my efforts, the issue remains unresolved, and I have not received a refund.

To make matters worse, I attempted to delete my card information from their system, but the option was not functional, leaving my card details stored without my permission. This raises serious concerns about data security and customer privacy on the platform.

I urge Hepsiburada to address this matter promptly and return my funds. This experience has been frustrating, and I hope they take stronger measures to ensure transparency, customer consent, and data control in their system.

My Cargo with Tracking Number WWETH0092011235YQ Did Not Arrive

My cargo I bought through Hepsiburada did not arrive. The cargo sent to me with We World Express with the tracking number WWETH0092011235YQ was not left inside or in front of the building. We do not have a doorman. For this reason, it was not left to the doorman. But it is seen as delivered both on hepsiburada and on the website of the cargo company. I demand that my cargo be delivered or my money be refunded.

First of all

First of all, it is a legit e-shopping page. but customer service is TERRIBLE. 5 or 6 times so far I was scammed I can say. last of those, i've ordered a product and there was a good amount of price change between colors and I said okay, I'm buying once so I will go with the color i'd like. so I picked the color paid the extra amount and gues what, cheapest colored product has arrived and I called them, they say you need to proof it, i've sent photos with cargo package etc, and guess what they've declined.
