Bought this doll for my daughter, but on arrival i was not as advertised. We have asked for a refund and the whole process for returning as an utter scam. We were told to ship the item back to China, direct to the manufacturer, and on receipt the money would be refunded. The package was sent as per their instructions but has been stuck in customs now for almost 5 months. RSG Dolls are not interested in resolving this issue and will only offer a partial refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I would give this site a negative star if it was possible. The doll looks nothing like the doll we ordered. Baby now has a mohawk hair style from the hair falling out. This is not due to the child's playing too rough with the doll. I bought a hat to cover up the ugly hair ( which cost more ) and the hair was coming out then. So sorry I didn't take a chance and send it back. I was afraid that I wouldn't get my refund. Then I was out the money and a doll!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. They did not send the doll I ordered, and the doll I received was of poor quality, and they don't want to give me a full refund for something I ordered and didn't receive. They want me to pay for the shipping to return (to Chine) the wrong doll I received or accept a refund of only 30%. It's a scam, folks, don't be fooled by the pictures on the website.

This doll is a total disappointment and looks nothing like the AI generated doll they put on line! Not even the hair was the same which really disappointed me and the cost of the doll you would think there would be some type of quality! You have to pay for shipping and don't even think about returning because that would come out of pocket as well! My advice is to delete the emails advertising from your email and tell any and everyone never to order from this place!

This company is a scam!!
I wasted hundreds of dollars purchasing 3 dolls I could have purchased for $50 tops.
It’s seems impossible to get a refund after reading all these reviews and I should have done my due diligence prior to purchasing so I am to blame for that. I plead to you SCAMMERS to please stop this, it’s not fair!!!!!

The dolls are not what they are advertised. While the dolls initially look attractive the hair falls out and the eyelashes come out. I purchased two for my grand daughters and both dolls hair started falling out on the 3 day. The return process is equally frustrating they offer an extremely diminished refund.

I ordered a doll for my granddaughter for Christmas, I didn’t open it and wrapped it for Christmas Day, she had been talking about the doll she wanted for months. The doll looked nothing like the picture of the doll I ordered. Now today after reading other reviews, I am not the only one this happened to. I will check reviews from now on!!! Thank you for totally disappointing my granddaughter on Christmas by not receiving the doll she had anticipated on getting for months.

Awful! Sent a completely wrong doll. Aren’t responding to any emails. It’s a scheme.

The photos on their website do not look anything like the product you receive. I ordered 3 dolls for my granddaughters and we all were so disappointed in the crap they provided us for the cost.

I ordered a set of twins and an additional doll. What I received was nothing like I order. It was two of the same ugly dolls that didn't even look like reborn dolls. I emailed them to let them know I also included my order and pictures of the two dolls that they sent. They try to tell me that those were the dolls. I said how I order 3 ( twins and another doll)and yall sent me two of the same ugly dolls. So we went back and forth for about a week. Then they try to send me information to get an faster response by paying 30 to talk to someone. I told them Im not doing that. So about the end of the week I was so frustrated from going back and forth. That I asked for my money back. They only gave me 30% back. So please don't order from RSGDOLLS. Nothing but a damn Scam

Never , ever order from this place they are scammers I purchased a doll from here and they sent me a fake, cheap different doll and when I contacted there customer service they were of no assistance even when I offered to pay more for better quality. I ordered this doll for Christmas and they ruined it for my daughter. I couldn’t get a refund nor return the doll.

I ordered a boy doll, received a girl. Did Chat with them, they tried to get my card number to bill me $40 per month!! THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM!!!!!

I recently wrote a review concerning the reborn doll I received from Rsgdolls. This company uses products that are not what they display in the picture. Then, when you request a refund, you are told, the product may look a little different but is the one in the picture. Also, they say the outfits may change.
Please, please don’t lose your money to this company. It is definitely a bad choice for dolls. They come looking like old women in a baby body with a frown. I would love to give you examples of the product I thought I ordered and the one that arrived, but this sight doesn’t give that option.
Then I get the same message over and over about how they regret that I am not happy with my purchase and to please submit info. I’ve done that twice. They offered me $20 back in place of the $103 I spent to settle this matter. Such a slap in the face.

Placed an order for a Christmas gift. Their "tracking" system (17Track) showed movement with little to no actual information (such as country/city/state/province) and stopped reporting anything after about a week.
At the time of this review, it's been over a week since the last report in the tracking system.
Would give 0 stars if that were an option.

Terrible, my granddaughter only asked for an silicone baby, and now they have my money and are avoiding me, stating that it will ship after Christmas, now they won't respond to my emails

I wish I had seen all these terrible reviews before ordering.
The picture of the doll I ordered and the doll I received are so completely different. Plus these dolls are not cheap and it looks like one off the shelf from a cheap store.

This company doesn’t even deserve one star!! AVOID AVOID AVOID. I have lost £84 and now I have a doll that I don’t want. It looks nothing like the photo and they REFUSE to give a return label. So I have to pay £30 to send it back to China. It’s an absolute SCAM!! I know you will respond to this review but that means nothing because you won’t do a thing about it. I’ve been trying for a month to resolve this. You are an appalling company and Christmas is ruined!!
