We just started with this company a couple weeks ago so we’re fairly new at it, but we’ve already had to call in more than once for a terminal update. That’s not going through. Only other thing would be having to call in prior authorization for credit cards that are a high dollar amount that we never had to do with our last processor.

I was mislead & lied to first off. Upon finding out that the agent was not honest, I submitted a cancellation request in writing & verbally. That has been two weeks ago and still nothing. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau.

Mi experiencia a sido pésima yo nunca llegué a concretar ningún acuerdo y me han estado cobrando 9 meses la mensualidad por un servicio que no he recibido y aún cancelando cualquier posibilidad continúan cobrándome y por más que llamo a diferentes números o al señor Michel Villarreal que es el que me a llamado y con micado conmigo antes de que decidiera no hacer ningún trato y ahora x más que llamo no me atienden ni responden mis msj ni email , ya voy a tener que irme con mi abogado porque continúan cobrándome y nadie da la cara .

my experience with this company has been VERY inconsistent over the years. I have been passed around by many different associates. I was close to changing companies! After signing numerous different docusigns, they had not followed through on their word in keeping their end of the bargain. To my surprise, I was pleasantly surprised to have spoken to Shakia who answered every questions and seemed to care enough to fix the issues in ONE PHONE CALL.
