Quick response

Answered my questions when I emailed them asking if the Pro Max iphones would stay attached to the magnet. They confirmed that if they had the magnetic ring on the back there would be no problem. I can confirm this is the case.

Excellent

Got it to take to Singapore and it was great we took it when we went on our tours and used for 3 of us quick charging as well

Dashed to the rescue

Having been in situations where having back up energy wasnt available, it's now having the ability to have power at your ready (as long as you have charged the Dashed power bank)

Incredible customer support and service

The team sent me a new charger after my previous one melted my AirPods. As it turns out the AirPods were bootlegs and it wasn’t the charger’s fault at all, but the faulty AirPods. My trust in the Dashed charger remains in tact. It is still the best and most reliable charger on the market.

Cheap Chinese garbage! Good for one night!

Company claims to be “Canadian - Not USA affiliated” and to have multiple warehouses for shipping yet my order shipped from China. Item is cheaply made and stopped working after one night! First, the included power cord started having connection issues causing the power light to turn red and the watch charging pad not to work. I switched to a higher quality cord. Then, the very bright night light started randomly turning on waking up my wife and I. For the price this product should last longer then one night. Avoid this cheap Chinese garbage. Company is likely a scam.

Materials Feel Cheap

I purchased the Dashed® HomeBase (4-in-1 Charger). The product they sent had a label seemed similar to labels I've received from AliExpress. I also noticed that they were creating fake reviews--there were 5 of the same ones. I called them out on this, and they deleted them. Don't trust this company.

Things to be aware of before you buy - underwhelmed

The device is ok, +ve the battery charge power.

Negative - almost impossible to get out the built in cables with out something to prise them out.

No mentioned that airlines are now banning charging them or using the wireless charger during flights. This means they will not let you even use the battery charge using cables.

The device when plugged into the wall in certain countries with adapter, is upside down falls out of the wall

My view is it is ok… average on customer promise.

Some are simple design fixes, the airline policy is more complex. For the price, I would probably give it a miss and I purchased 3.

Thanks for your review, to clarify your points:

1) Airlines banning chargers
This is not accurate. A handful of airlines are not allowing powerbanks to be used onboard. Most still do. This rule also does not restrict you from taking it on board, and using it on your travels, which is the purpose of the charger.

2) Built in cables
It is unusual to hear that you're having trouble pulling out the built in cable. They will be a little firmer on first use, and over time become easier to remove though. 99% of people use their fingers without issue, and do not require anything else.

3) Falling out of the wall
It sounds like you may have been inserting this the wrong way. In almost all instances, the adapter sits North, with the chargers weight dropping to the ground.

Underwhelming and poor support

I bought three of them. One didn't work out of the box but since I hadn't opened it right away they wouldn't replace it (50 day limit). The other two do work but are a bit underpowered and undercapacity. The apple watch charging isn't very good unless you remove the strap every time.

I am sorry that you had some issues. We do provide 50-days for you to assess the products and make sure it is right for you. This is ample time to ensure you are happy with the product.

You should not need to remove your strap. Simply unclick your band, so it lays flat on top of the Watch charger.

Poor service from start to finish

A dashed disappointed

I bought a power bank from Dashed and was later emailed to say delivery would be delayed because it was shipping from China. I needed it for an upcoming holiday, so requested a return once it arrived and ordered one next day on Amazon instead.

I followed the company’s written return instructions exactly and declared the contents accurately. Because of this, the parcel was intercepted and the item destroyed due to lithium battery transport rules.

Despite this happening as a direct result of following their instructions, Dashed have refused to refund either the item cost or the return postage. Customer support keep referring to general regulations but will not acknowledge the incorrect guidance they gave.

The issue isn’t the regulations - it’s the failure to give correct return instructions and then take responsibility when those instructions caused the loss.

Proceed with caution if you may need to return items containing lithium batteries.

Our return instructions outline the conditions a return must meet to be accepted, such as condition, packaging, documentation, and timeframes. They do not provide shipping advice, specify a carrier, or state that lithium battery items can be returned via standard international post.

Lithium power banks are classified as restricted goods and must be returned using an approved carrier and compliant service. These are legal requirements enforced by postal services and couriers, not discretionary policies set by us.

This return originated from the UK, where returns are required to be shipped internationally to our warehouse. In other regions where we operate, returns are processed locally through in-country warehousing, which avoids international lithium battery shipping restrictions.

In this case, the return method selected was not accepted by the carrier and the item was intercepted under their hazardous goods policy. When shipping internationally, the sender is also required to select how undeliverable items are handled. Based on the outcome, the carrier applied disposal rather than return to sender.

As the item was never returned to our warehouse, we were unable to process a refund. Customers in all regions, including the UK, are able to return this product successfully by using compliant services.

We understand this was frustrating, however the outcome was determined by the carrier’s handling of restricted goods rather than incorrect return instructions issued by us.

Avoid. Absolutely appalling customer service for UK customers. Ordered a travel charger as a gift for Christmas on the 30th November. Received an email acknowledging my order and then a further two saying it would be with me soon. Ten days later (11th) received an email addressed to someone else(!) saying that it was out of stock. Queried it and was told they had had a rush on orders but that more stock would be arriving in 10 days but if I didn't want to wait then they could refund me. I asked for a refund but didn't receive a reply. Chased it up and eventually after six days they said they couldn't refund it because it had been dispatched. Tracking is nonsense and shows it didn't even leave the warehouse in China until three days after I last emailed them. I have sent all their emails and the tracking to my credit card provider and will be refusing delivery.

Thanks for your review. We’re sorry this experience was frustrating and would like to clarify a few points for readers.

During Black Friday we experienced an unexpected surge in UK orders, which resulted in a small number of orders being placed as stock was selling out. As soon as this was identified, affected customers were contacted and offered the option to wait for incoming stock or receive a full refund.

In your case, we had not received a reply from you, so we shipped the order out as a priority and paid extra for expedited shipping at our cost. It was only after we shipped the item, you requested to cancel. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it. At that point, our policy is to process a refund once the item is returned to us.

Based on the courier’s timeline, the parcel was on track to arrive before Christmas, as requested, and ahead of schedule.

Our team worked to meet the delivery request and acted in line with our policies at each stage.

$160 for a charger, got mascara instead?!

I ordered a Dashed TravelPod charger and paid extra for priority shipping. Instead, I received a Lokolash mascara serum… what the actual hell?
I tried calling their number and the voicemail said all staff were “away from the phones doing orders.” So do they not even have proper customer service or dedicated phone staff?? For a company charging over $160, this is honestly a joke.
Still waiting for a proper response and for them to fix their mistake.

Really sorry about the mix-up here as expressed over email. One of the warehouse team accidentally placed your courier label on another brands order which resulted in the incorrect product being received.

As soon as we were made aware of the issue, as you originally called outside business hours; we organised your replacement and sent this out within an hour of being informed of the mixup. Which I see has since been delivered, so we feel this review is a little unfair.
