The worst custumer service I have ever experienced. I bought I product and payed in advance, and then I got a payreminder. I contacted my bank who said the payment had been done, and sent them the receit. Two different units at Amazon.de are sending me back and forth between each other, telling me to contact the other unit. Never buy a thing at Amazon.de!

I had always been a big fan of Amazon however on 17.09.2022 I bought a gaming laptop for €1599 using the ratenzahlung option. Order: 306-1638656-3644309
I was given an one time code to give to the delivery driver and when he arrived a few days later he asked for the code. I gave him the code but he gave me a different order (Order: 306-2252633-7132369). This was a gaming mouse mat worth a lot less than the laptop. I asked him where the laptop was and he showed me his delivery vehicle there was no other parcel.
Because I had given him the one time code Amazon said the laptop was delivered. But the one time was was mistakenly valid for both parcels.
Despite asking them to check they refused and the customer service was terrible. Now I am paying monthly for a product I have never received.
Worst experience of my life. Never again.
