PostNord sucks!!!

Bibita unfortunately have an agreement with PostNord as a delivery company. I expected two heavy parcels with catfood. After 2 days delay, I got a mail from PostNord saying: "we tried to deliver, but nobody home, you can pick up the package at the nearest pack shop". I have a sign on my door saying "modtagerflex" it means put the parcels beside the front door. Besides, I was home all day. I cant pick up the heavy packages by myself in a pack shop. I called Bibita the day after, and they will send a new package. But it will take about 5 days until I have it. And will the message from PostNord be the same? "couldnt deliver the package, because nobody home." I recommend Bibita to cancel their agreement with PostNord. I had so much trouble with them the last year.

Bitiba needs to rethink using Evri for deliveries

I made my first order on 28/12/2025 and I did expect some delays due to the holiday season. I received one email from Evri saying they had my delivery and the next email I received said my package had been returned to Bitiba- I was home the entire time and I know Evri made no attempt to deliver it. I rang Bitiba and customer sevice was quite helpful, and said they would reissue my package. Three days later, I receive an email from Evri saying that they have my package but it was too large and would have to come by their special courier- (FYI the package wasn't large at all!). A week later, still no delivery and I have been in contact with Bitiba and I have requested a refund.

Smashed containers in every delivery STOP IT

Please be aware that the packaging of parcels is not adequate. This time my orange dreamy container was broken and all the dreamies out in the main container.Do not use Post Nord they said they would deliver the 17th they delivered the 18th 1645.
Antihairballs and other plastic containers are often damaged.Rethink your packaging.

Very good shop

Very good shop! So far I have mostly bought other supplies than food for my cat from them, because I already have another place from which I always buy the food my cat needs~ but I have often bought other things for my cat from Tibita and have always been 100% satisfied with their items, service and fast shipping. They also have a great selection of food, I have noticed, so I can only wholeheartedly recommend this shop .

Poor experiences - past and present

Bad experiences in past, stopped ordering due to damaged delivery and subsequent poor customer service. A stark contrast to their "we take matters seriously." It's poor. Recently ordered food as a one off. Once again poor delivery of items (dpd) without the box which was damaged, left in van, provided only on request. Transpired one bag was split in two places. A replacement bag was delivered by Evri, which was decided for me, although entitled to refund. I accepted in good faith. The tape was cut both ends of box and evidently an attempt to force open!! An apparent bitiba supervisor, Amy, made every effort to stonewall demanding unnecessary details over an email, just to be difficult. Control issues, to shirk responsibility, than deal with criminality, and ignoring my legitimate request to escalate to a manager, who called previous. I refused to continue my discussion with Amy. This low standard, dishonesty, and criminality, is prevalent today. I'll not order again, despite several orders since 2022. Poor business ethics. No morals or integrity. Constructive? Higher your standards, be honest and ensure delivery companies uphold a lawful business, delivering your goods to customers acting lawfully and in good faith.

Frustrating Ordering Experience

I recently placed an order and was disappointed by how quickly the charge was processed. The payment went through instantly—without giving me even a few minutes to review or correct any details. Most online stores allow a short grace period to make changes or cancel before finalizing the transaction, but that wasn’t the case here.

Because of this, I didn’t have the chance to double-check my order, We now have to wait 3 days for a refund back to our account.. It would be much more customer-friendly if the system offered a brief review window or confirmation step before automatically charging the card.

I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to improve the overall ordering experience.
