The young Lady l spoke to on the phone was very efficient and helpful, she arranged for an engineer to call on me the following day. The engineer came and had my problem fixed, he was also very efficient and polite.

We have near enough 2 months without a machine during winter of all seasons while CDA put parts on order They came yesterday and were fitted to day !! However !! The PCB (control board ) fitted does not seem right as the program selector is not pointing to the right program. I know this is so as what should be a 15min quick wash is now a 1:07 Hr wash
No apologies when I called I was just sent a manual (which I already have ) and is now useless so I’m left with trying to work out what program letter is meant for what wash. And of course a heap load of washing

Rather than returning some carbon filters by post, I thought I would chance my arm and drop them of at Langar, CDA's HQ as I live locally. Fully expecting to be turned away at the security gate, I requested to see someone due to a complicated mix up on ordering. The treatment I received was first class, I was met by Kailun Macdonald from customer care and explained my problem with my purchase, she went the extra mile in allowing me to return the goods, issuing a refund and obtaining the correct filters Irequired. She seamlessly linked with various departments who also played their role and I was very impressed with the level of knowledge Kailun had regarding the companies set up and methods of resolving a problem outside of normal procedure. She is a credit to your Company.

My complaint about the performance of my hob has not been dealt with in a satisfactory way. The hob was installed in November 2025 and there are marks showing UNDERNEATH the glass and therefore cannot be cleaned off. The engineer who visited me was useless and did nothing to reassure me that my complaint would be dealt with properly. I would like to progress my complaint to a higher level. Thanks.

Their products are not value for money. Save and buy a better brand. I bought a hob, microwave and fridge freezer, spend just over a grand on the three appliances. Needless to say in less than three years I have had to pay for three engineers visits at circa 155 each visit. The product could not repaired as an integral part was no longer manufactured. There is bright side - wonderfully I was offered 20% off replacement appliances total spend to date is now over two grand. I was suckered in for the fridge of which… yup you guessed it has fault less than 18 months in, the fridge thinks it’s a freezer. Had I bought a better tier brand I would be net cash positive.

Had a minor fault with the clock display on our CDA Oven. Logged the call with the help desk, they arranged for the repair to be carried out within days, the engineer kept us informed of his eta at all times, Graham the engineer was very friendly and efficient. Fault repaired.
