5yr Warranty on a wine chiller worthless due to no parts. After long delays an agreed amount was paid for a direct new replacement. Turned up with no fitting and old appliance not taken away! Tried to phone for 5yr warranty on this product as advertised on chiller door and would not comply (D & G)! COMPANIES SHOULD NOT OFFER WARRANTY IF THERES NO CHANCE OF FIXING ISSUES!

I can see from your history that sadly the part required for your repair was unfortunately unavailable, i can completely understand your frustration regarding this.
I can also see that due to this we have refunded your labour fee in full & provided a replacement model at a highly discounted rate. Fitting is not something we provide for a freestanding wine cooler. I can confirm that a new two year labour & five year parts warranty has been registered with us from the delivery date. Our admin team will arrange collection of the old model, the collection company AIT will contact you directly to organise this.

Sadly I had to leave Ovo as they put up my electric bill to £331 from £220 (not fixed). Contacted them as I gave them my smart readings for the last 12 months and asked why are you overestimating my bill? Not happy. I received a large refund (in credit) I switched and went to a company who gave me an accurate monthly bill based on actual readings/useage for the last 12mths. Ovo can listen to my last phone call and make an effort to keep loyal customers. Price comparison site quoted Ovo at £181.49mth Hmmm.

British Gas (electric) was chosen for their accurate cost per month for average useage from my smart metre. Checked comparison sites first and very easy to switch. Very refreshing for a company to give fixed competitive quote and half price electric for limited hours on a Sunday as well.

Overall we are happy with our kitchen. The design and fitting are excellent. Unfortunately the wine chiller would not hold a cool temperature (wrens do not make appliances but still under consumers act). One draw had dropped substantially and could not be used (now fixed after multiple bookings). Sadly their claim line rejects claims (and closes any claims) after 7 days if pictures have not been sent, pics have been sent, proof of purchase required with multiple emails sent waiting for replies. Very disappointed as we have spent £14000 on this kitchen and gladly have left adjusted justified feedback as the defect have now been resolved. The claims department are letting the sales and fitting teams down and the good name of wrens. Hope wrens Kitchens head office is taking note! RAC Home start mechanic was very professional. Diagnostics completed and works booked in within days. Home start obviously not as urgent as emergency start. Very busy mechanic carried out the work efficiently at a reasonable cost; as they work on your driveway. Work as expected within the time quoted. Very pleased as previous service record unknown. Reassuring RAC track record still worth its membership.

Worst customer service ever. Accepted i had been overcharged on the phone and would not pay back full amount. Would give them nought stars if i could. Transfered a mobile number and Vodafone continued to charge me for the number they should have deleted. They offered me less than we both agreed was overcharged and is now as they call it at "deadlock". Took it to obudsman and they took their side. Shocked .. you bet. Wiĺl now go national as all I wanted was the amount owed. I have contacted them regularly and now being ignored. Dont trust them if you want a designer number transfered.
