Do NOT recommend

I am very disappointed with the service. I received a FAKE item of poor quality and have been trying to return it for over a month. Initially, they were waiting for a response from the supplier, and then they sent me a return form link that does not work and stop responding. Returning this defective product has been impossible. Since 19.06.25 I still have not received any reply on how to return item (Reklamation, ärende 4970324). I do not recommend purchasing from this shop.

UPD 14.08.25 The shop contacted me via Trustpilot requesting the order number but has taken no further action. They have not responded to any of my emails, except for an automatic acknowledgment of receipt. I am still unable to return the counterfeit item I received, and no refund has been issued.
