Vipps and market places

Buyer be aware. Using Vipps for your purchases does not guarantee that your are dealing exclusively with a Nordic company. Marketplaces like these source their products from anywhere and if there are issues that have to be resolved Cdon and other market places like Findiq will refer you to the source company. this can be problematic if the source company doesn't respond. it shouldn't be the customer's responsibility to deal with third parties.

I wish i read the review on CDON before…

I wish i read the review on CDON before i used their service. After over a month of waiting for what i order, I received a completely wrong product. I tried to get in touch with CDON to get support on return and refund. They are the biggest scammers just giving automated response and not taking any responsibility. I've had a much better experience with Temu! Never again!

very poor customer service

ordered goods on 14th July. It never arrived. I contacted their customer service and got some stupid replies. for example, try tracking the package using the tracking number which had stopped working after a few days.
Finally, I was told that the order was lost, and a new one was sent. This was August 12th.
I was told that they would send me the tracking number for this new order when the order was shipped. but did NOT receive this.
After attempting to contact customer service and getting no reply, I finally received an email stating that this new order was lost, and they had no more of the goods in stock. This whole experience lasted 37 days.
I demanded a refund which I am still waiting on.
I never received any kind of apology for this whole debacle and certainly would not recommend them to anyone.
My advice STAY CLEAR

fake items being sold

I ordered a product through CDON’s marketplace ("POP MART Labubu The Monsters Big Into Energy Series Figures") with the promise that it would ship between July 4–10. It’s now July 12, and I’ve received nothing.

I chose this seller because the delivery window matched an important birthday. Unfortunately, not only is the item delayed, but the seller has given unclear excuses about "holidays" (even though there were none), and there are dozens of public reviews warning that this seller’s products are fake. Unfortunately I found these reviews only after making the purchase. The same vendor is selling phone cases with Louis Vuitton logos with no authorization to do so and CDON did not react reporting that to the customer service.

While CDON acts as a marketplace, according to EU Digital Services Act (DSA) and broader EU consumer protection legislation, they still have a responsibility to monitor and remove sellers who repeatedly mislead customers or sell counterfeit goods. At this point, I’ve contacted CDON directly and requested either delivery by a final deadline or a full refund.

This experience has really shaken my trust in CDON as a platform. I expected stronger consumer protection and accountability, especially when hosting third-party sellers.

They take long to respond

They take long to respond, and have read others that there is a free return, but you have to pay the return fee yourself

I have gotten the labubus today in the mail. And i refuse to believe that you did not know that they are fake. There are many flaws with the fake labubus you have sent me.

This is totally unacceptable, but as i wrote in the earlier email, you have to cover the return cost/ or let me have the labubu's for 50NOK. The bill for the original price is pay due on the 25th of june and I expect nothing else that you will let Qliro know about this BEFORE the due date. I am absolute not interested in paying any late fees for the product. I will also send you photos og the labubus together with my notes under this message
The fur on the back of the head is glued together, and not sewn
The ears are totally misangeled, and they are two different colors
The fabric the keychain hanging on the head is too short than the original (yes I do already own an original)
The keychain itself is smaller than on the original one
There is absolutely no form of qr code or any code to authentify the product, wich also is a huge sign of fake labubu's
The teeth are mispositioned, and there is number of 9 teeth and not 10.
The stamp under the foot is supposed to be holographic and only to be seen in blue light. The stamp under the fake labubu is very noticable and not on the left foot, but on the right
And the whole labubu is crooked and not with a centered head

Either scam or unserious seller

I ordered a product via norwegian website. Product was not delivered. I contacted the customer service. The claimed that it was their subcontractor who didn't send the goods (as if it was my problem). Anyhow, they promised to send my money back.
Per today (3 weeks later) I have nither seen any mony nor the order goods. Customer service does not replay any longer and it is not possilbe to set-up a new claim for once claimed goods.

STAY AWAY! IT IS A SCAM!

Obnoxious and rude costumer service.

I ordered an Arsenal wallet case for iPhone. Haven’t been able too use it, because the card slots are too vide. The cards just fall out. After a long debate with costumer service via email, I was accused of ruining the product myself and denied both a new case as replacement or my money (339 nok) back. Have made a complaint to the administration, but haven’t heard anything from them. A very disappointing experience and vaste of time and money.

Worst shopping experience

It took 2 weeks just to let me know that the desired item is not in stock thus being canceled. Received an email that I will be refunded in around 5 days - never happened. After 3 months of long waiting and never ending excuses from customer service I received my refund only because I requsted it through paypal. Never again..

Fast shipment, terrible support

Product received within reasonable time, but when I contact support I get no feedback. They inform me that they have a lot of requests but will reach back to me within 5 working days and “You do not need to contact us again regarding this matter. We are working as quickly as we can to help you.” No reply. I give them a notice on the same ticker after a few weeks - still no reply. It is now one month since I first contacted support.

Extra toll charge required to receive…

Extra toll charge required to receive the order.
In order to receive the equipment I've ordered, an extra toll charge come on top of the payment to CDON.
It seems odd that although I order on a Norwegian site and need to pay toll charges.

Risky to order from cdon

Never got the product and no refund either after about 5-6 weeks of registering 2 “saker”. 1188591673 and 163993816. Tracking shows the product was never registered as sent or is lost. Customer service slow to respond as it looks like they are very understaffed. Cdon Support Patrick C did get in touch after i complained with a the second sak few weeks later. Support emailed me that they have gotten in touch with seller for a refund and said that the seller will contact me directly. So far i have had no direct communication from the seller and cdon will not give me his email. Does that make any sense?? Either push seller for a refund or let customer ask directly. Like Ebay. Amazon.
In 2011 the delivery was slow and website not very user friendly. 2024 no upgrade.
I had a long wait for my delivery back then too luckily it arrived. My bad for taking a chance on cdon again. I just want a refund at this point.

Order process and everyrhing was ok, delivery was three weeks. And when I tried to give that feedback i was told that i coludnt answer that. Because they asked how the order process was. Nothing else.
