Sent me a faulty top with a big hole along the seam and their resolution was to offer me a 15% discount? 😂 or return it which you need to print the label for which is ridiculous in this day and age. Either provide a QR code to return it or don’t send out faulty items. This was my second order from them and both order have had issues (the first items were covered in weird marks that looked like they’d either been worn or used to clean a floor with) I wish I never gave this company a second chance and ordered again the quality control is awful.
I genuinely don’t understand how this company continues to do so well, because the customer service is absolutely diabolical. It seems the brand relies heavily on Krissy’s name and marketing rather than actually delivering a good customer experience.
My order took nearly two weeks to arrive, and despite chasing it multiple times, no one ever got back to me. I then had further issues trying to return the items, as the return label wouldn’t scan. I was told they would need to create a manual label, but it took eight days just to receive a response. After finally returning the parcel, I was then told that I had kept some of the items I had returned, which is completely untrue. Because I paid through Klarna, I was forced to pay anyway to avoid late fees, even though the return issue was entirely their fault.
It is virtually impossible to speak to a real person. You are sent around in circles by a chatbot, which eventually offers to pass your query to a “human” who may respond in up to seven working days. To make matters worse, the quality of the outfits is not even good. The whole brand appears to be built on strong marketing around the founder rather than on genuinely good products or customer care.
I will not be shopping here again or recommend anyone.

I placed my order around the 20th of January and the delivery date was scheduled on the 27th of January. Since that date my order has been stuck in Basildon with no updates neither from the courier or Oner. I have emailed several time and every time I am getting that they launched an investigation with no follow-up and no resolution or alternative solution to ship another order with a different provider. I stated that if the initial order is received I will return it back and all I get back is a standard customer service reply without addressing neither a refund for the delivery charge or a solution, only that they are investigating. Cherry picking your responses to a client and not addressing their actual questions is against Trading Standard. If I do not receive full responses tomy questions regarding delivery charge and reshipping order with alternative courier within 7 days, I will escalate via chargeback and Trading Standards.
just bought the EffortlessLift™ Seamless Mid Rise Leggings with Grey Logo in black. I knew they weren’t squat-proof but didn’t know I couldn’t wear them in public without my full a$$ and underwear out in the open. Sadly I only learned about this after someone in public told me 😪.
They weren’t too small as I had lots of room in all areas. I’m so disappointed that I spent $85+ on a pair that’s worse than what I’d find on Amazon.
Don’t fall for their branding. Yes they fit and feel great but I’d return them in a heartbeat if I could.

I have been a huge fan of Oner Active for a long time and have spent a significant amount of money on your website over the years. Until now, I have always loved both the products and the brand. Unfortunately, that trust has been seriously damaged.
I received a pair of straight leg pants with a hole in the back, as well as a jogging set that I have worn only once and which is already pilling badly all over. This is not the quality I expect, especially given the price point.
What has frustrated me the most is the complete lack of response. I have tried reaching out through your chatbot multiple times in November, December, and January. I have uploaded photos and followed all instructions, yet I have not received a single reply. Not even an acknowledgment.
Since your customer service was replaced with a chatbot, it feels almost impossible to get help. At this point, I honestly do not know whether I should even expect a response anymore.
I am extremely disappointed, not just with the faulty items, but with the way this has been handled — or rather, not handled at all. As a loyal customer, this experience makes me seriously question whether I want to continue shopping with Oner Active.

Terrible customer service. Returned the items more then 1 month ago and still waiting for my money back.
Their Customer support is so unprofessional.. I have not faces anything like this before. I am asking them to check the records, cameras on the date when items have been delivered to their warehouse. I sent them receipts and all the information which can help them to locate and scan the package with all the items, but still nothing from them.
I am on my way to contact Germany and UK Consumer’s Ombudsman. I will not leave it like this.
Terrible customer service, I tried them out for the first time a in November and they haven’t responded to any of my emails about the quality of their leggings, it’s February now. Save yourself the hassle of buying from a company that doesn’t even respond to support queries. There are many activewear companies that actually respond to you. ⚠️ Girls, this is warning as something fishy is going on with refunds!
I placed a big order in October and received a faulty item. I was told to return it and also sent back three more items.
Just getting the return labels was already a nightmare!Endless emails, delays and excuses, they sent me wrong lables then it was big mess to get that return collected!
My return was collected on January 2nd and, according to tracking, delivered to their warehouse on January 7th. (I did notify them about return beginning of November, yes almost two months to get that package returned!)
And since then? Nothing.
They now claim they “can’t find the package” and they are looking and investigating!
So for weeks, my money has been stuck, even though they clearly received my return.
They keep telling me to “be patient”, while refusing to refund me until they sort out their own mess. I’m in EU and actually they should refund within 14- days after they received package, and tracking does show that they did on 7th of January!
Let that sink in: they lose the package in their own warehouse, and I’m the one who pays for it!
This makes returning anything extremely risky. If you get a faulty item or need to return something, you may never know when or if you’ll get your money back!
And then they do marketing and new releases and promote how good they are doing, but same time they can’t even normally manage to solve returns!!! I have received several times faulty items and it has been always very complicated and time consuming to get refund but this time!: October order and we have February here and I still have no refund and I have no idea when will i get it (amont is almost 250€)!!!
And it comes out that exact Oner Active uses same excuse for everyone, this is a scam!

Customer support is very poor, answering once a week. I am planning to take actions against this company, as I even tried to find their warehouse and contact them to process my refund.

I love Oner products but shipping is a DISASTER. One order lost (refunded) and another two that took over 1.5 months to arrive. They partner with UPS which in Greece doesn't deliver directly, they give all shipments to ELTA which is probably the WORST shipping company to ever exist. IMO this is still Oner's problem as they should choose who they partner better.

I ordered a bra and shorts in what was supposed to be the same color. When they arrived, the colors clearly did not match. I contacted customer support asking for an exchange or a refund.
Their response was that even if the color name is the same, the items are from different collections, use different fabrics, and therefore take color differently. If that is the case, then the colors should not have the same name. Calling them the same color is misleading.
After this explanation, I checked the website again and realized something even more problematic. There is not a collection where you can buy both the bra and the shorts in that color. The bra exists in one collection and the shorts only in another. That makes it impossible to actually get a matching set, while still presenting the colors as if they match. This feels misleading to customers.
On top of that, the shorts are extremely tight and uncomfortable. The fabric is advertised as buttery, but in reality it feels stiff and compressive, not soft at all.
Overall, poor transparency, disappointing quality, and unhelpful customer support. I would not recommend.

This company has the worst customer support - doesn’t matter how many times you send an email or follow the chat box. They still do not get back to you about orders that have had an issue!
Bought a legging during black friday, was very happy. The legging fit well, until there was a hole in the middle of the legging. I just wanted a new one. But they conveniantly only give you your money back. So when you want to order a new one, you need to pay shipping again. On top of that they don’t care about the discount price, you can’t order one for the same price you bought one. So SHITTY MATERIAL, i am skinny AF and it ripped in the middle of the cloth. Also 0 empathy for their faulty products, they don’t give a shit about their costumers.
Terrible customer service. No number or email on their website, only an AI bot that once you complete the questionnaire it says someone will get back to you in 5-7 working days. It took 3 weeks for my items to arrive, I tried to cancel it during this time and was told I couldn’t. I had the items for 1 day before returning. It then took over 6 weeks to receive my refund. There was no reason for this ridiculous delay and Oner active just kept saying they were taking it up with their courier and the parcel was lost. It was always a different person who signed the emails, with only a first name, they never gave any useful information or provided any updates. I had over 20 emails between myself and their ‘customer service’ before finally receiving my refund. DO NOT USE THUS COMPANY.

I’m extremely disappointed with Oner Active, both in terms of product quality and customer service, which is essentially non-existent.
The products simply do not last. Fabrics wear out very quickly, and T-shirts become bubbly/pilled after minimal wear, which is completely unacceptable for the price. While the styles and colours are genuinely nice, it’s clear the fabrics themselves are cheap and poor quality, making the items feel like fast fashion sold at a premium price.
The customer service situation has been even worse. My issue is still ongoing, and there has been no proactive contact, no updates, and no sense of urgency from the customer service team. I’ve had to chase repeatedly, and even then responses are slow and unhelpful. It genuinely feels like once they have your money, you’re on your own.
Overall, this is a brand that looks good on social media but fails badly in real life. It’s a real shame, because the designs have potential — but poor quality control and non-existent customer support completely let it down. I won’t be ordering again and wouldn’t recommend it.
You’re much better spending your money with Alphalete or Gymshark. Their products have lasted me years with no issues and Alphalete in particular has excellent customer service
SCAM I bought 2 pairs of leggings as I was unsure whether I would need regular or long. One of the pairs I received had the toggle but no actual tag attached to it
I emailed to make them aware and am being told I cannot have a refund from my item as it doesn't count as 'new and unworn'
I am a big fan of the brand and am so disappointed that I am now left with a pair of leggings that don't fit me, i will be shopping with DFYNE from now on, much better customer service
Attempted lawful return within timeframe. Retailer refused any accessible return method without a printer, refused extensions, and allowed the return window to expire. Matter now escalated to Trading Standards and PayPal Credit.
