Be very careful.

Be very careful.
They changed policy. They no longer charge you "the real price from the shop" but rather the price stated on their website that is often very different from the price in the shop. You will also miss the discounts ongoing in the actual shop.

Always Late

We've used picsmart a number of times. As much as I wish I could say it was nice and convenient, they're always late. Every time. And not a little late. Hours late. We have had orders scheduled for midday arrive at 10 at night.

Today they called about an hour ahead of our delivery time, told us they had a no show, and asked if they could push our 12-2pm delivery time back to 2-4pm. We agreed without complaint. It's now almost 6pm with no sign of when they'll finally show up. I understand that sometimes things don't go to plan, but when it's every time, that's a sign of a deeper problem and if I was this company, I'd look into why this was happening.

Also when a customer agrees to a delay without complaint (considering how unreasonable many customers can be) you might want to make sure you meet the new delivery time. It just seems polite.

I like that I was able to get the…

I like that I was able to get the service when I was sick.
I was bit worried that worse sort of produce will be picked, and so it was for few items, including bread with expiry date for the same day I received shopping. I got replacement, but I did not like the quality - it was most likely cheaper product. Some products were not available. I will give another service a try. The person helping out with order was very kind though!

nice service

It’s great having shopping bags home really in one hour. It would have been even better if bags were delivered up to the apartment floor, this way i will probably use other services for big purchases.

Received a broken item, after 2 weeks still waiting

Received a broken item, customer service quickly promised to bring a new one. Now waited two weeks, they still have not done that.

Great customer service

Very attentive staff and customer service.
My order was a bit delayed and I asked the person who packs the order. Even though it was not in his payrole he took the time to look it up for me. The customer service was quick to answer my email and the driver apologiesed sincerely for the delay.
