I joined using a slots offer and won. I then tried to withdraw my winnings and they cancelled the withdrawal and removed my winnings.
There is a tiny part in their terms and conditions saying they can do this to anyone. I've never had this before from other companies so I'd avoid if I were you. The customer support was also terrible, the guy I spoke to was rrefusing to raise my complaint and he kept telling me in order to raise the complaint I need to follow the terms and conditions complaint section. This section told me to contact support (who I contacted and was told they couldn't raise the complaint).
You tell me, if by reading this you though you could withdraw winnings? well thats not the case:

This week, I personally have enjoyed the great experience. I saw their advert on the national TV and decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did. I was lucky enough to win a significant amount of money and yesterday I was told the Ojo teams are at the stage processing my withdrawals which is a total of £29,115.10 through their third party.

I’m sure I have previously posted a review, and sadly nothing has changed.
Like many other online casinos, and especially PlayOjo’s sister sites, it seems almost common practice that you receive a good win initially, but then you rarely have a good win afterwards.
I know it’s supposed to be the “luck of the drawer” but I don’t believe in coincidences and this seems to be an extremely often occurrence.
Also, the daily free games are a joke; I don’t think I’ve even won one free spin.
Positives are that deposits and withdrawals are almost instant and there is a good game selection.
Also, live customer support is only available for a limited time throughout the day so you have to email if outside of the operating hours and await a response (hopefully) the next day.
I have also had numerous ongoing problems with deposit based free spins promotions where I didn’t receive the free spins as promised, although these issues were rectified when contacting them by email.
Lastly, their promotional emails are misleading.
When you receive an email, the subject title states: “a complimentary 10 free …” but when you open the email, it is a deposit based promotion where you receive the 10 free spins the following day, and I feel this is false advertising.
However, I do still deposit when I have money I can afford to lose, in the hope that they finally act on customer feedback/complaints, but I am yet to see any evidence of this.
In fact, I even took a break due to the negative experiences and rejoined with the hope things would improve.
I genuinely don’t like having to write such a negative review and if they actually listened to their customers and their feedback, I am sure it would be a much better playing experience for all.

Good morning , I won a very nice amount of money on play ojo . When I tried to withdraw I was told I can take a maximum of $5000.00 out at a time and up to $10,000.00 a month . So it will take months to receive my money . This is so wrong in so many ways . So FYI I will be going to a different site to play moving forward . Cheers

Absolutely garbage! I play other casinos and never have problems, but every time I play in here, my lord they cheat with a capital cheat! Same game works fine in other casinos, come play in here and, get cheated. Every single day! Of course they deny it. Don't waste your money or stress yourself playing here, your not gonna get fair play! It's funny every single time the scatters start to land for free spins, I get a general error message and kicked off the game. Only in Ojo. They try and blame my internet or phone, yet it's only in Ojo this happens. So much money taken with game tampering. I'm gonna ask gaming board for a investigation into this, it's not fair.
