Very Nice and well protected. Shipping fees are way too expensive. Édit : Okay I see brothers maybe Check if you can do a deal with Mondial relay it can be cheaper.

Great service!

I have just bought 2 bottles of King's Ginger from Urban Drinks. The product is excellent, and the service was fantastic.

I ordered the product on Tuesday afternoon and it was safely delivered to St Remy de Provence on Friday morning! Superb!!!

Very Nice and well protected.
Shipping fees are way too expensive.

Édit : Okay I see brothers maybe Check if you can do a deal with Mondial relay it can be cheaper.

Please note, that we do ship our products from our warehouse in Berlin to France.

Our shipping costs (9,90 EUR) are corresponding to the normal shipping price within the EU and we do not make any marging on these prices.

Well done

I ordered a bourbon there, but apparently it was no longer in stock. The company then sourced the appropriate bourbon elsewhere and sent it to me along with compensation. That's what I call service. Emails were usually answered fairly promptly. Packaging was good, delivery time from dispatch 7 days.

My order never arrived

My order never arrived, the tracking information provided didn't work and customer service is a nightmare. 40 euros down the drain

Thanks Urban Drinks for the excellent service.
I wanted to send a gift to my Son and daughter in-law for their anniversary.
We live in ireland and we're having having a lot of difficulty in finding somewhere online that made the procedure simple.
I found with Urban Drinks everything from placing the order paying and delivery went without any problems.
Efficient and helpful.
Would definitely recommend their services.
