Whilst I admire what you’re doing as a company, I’m sadly so disappointed in the toilet rolls I bought at the beginning of January. I find that the paper breaks down so easily and isn’t at all as I expected. I really wanted to love it but I really don’t and wouldn’t recommend it.

I received my order a week ago and I am still on the first roll so it is more economical and soft aswell

All was great for many deliveries. No issue with the toilet paper and liked the black and white wrapping. However in January we weren’t ready for the usual subscription date so delayed it by a week. Unfortunately then the delivery didn’t arrive. The website continually said “order unfulfilled”. Tried to get in contact with- no joy. All AI and automatic responses saying “Our team will be running at a limited capacity during the holiday break to afford our team members a chance to rest and welcome in the new year. We'll still be actively working to get to your request as fast as we can, but wanted to be upfront that our responses will be slower during this period.“. In the middle of January?!?!
Got a reply to say it’s going to be delayed. Then a variety of updates with tracking numbers which when I followed indicated by the courier that it was delivered to another address - which is a property which was demolished last year. Traipsed all round neighbours. No toilet roll. The updates on their website don’t match what the courier states so clearly an issue at the factory/distribution site.
Again more automated responses about them enjoying the holidays. V stressful getting a response and thinking I’ve lost £58. Finally get another box sent through but it’s been so stressful I’ve cancelled my subscription. Was all fine till now and with Evri but this time clearly issues with the distribution at who gives a crap and also the delivery - which I suspect never happened. Time to try someone else.

We love the bamboo toilet paper and excellent customer service. It last longer and is cheaper than supermarkets. I made a mistake on my order. I messaged them at 10pm. By midday the next day I had a full refund and my new order was dispatched with a £5 discount. Brilliant.

Do NOT order from this company - they send you more orders even though you bought a one-off purchase by fraudulently changing your account to a subscription. They then only accept email correspondence with a 14 day reply policy. All this time they keep the money they have fraudulently acquired. I received no email to confirm I subscribed. Even though I know I did not my account was changed to show a subscription and their wording is I must have accidentally subscribed!!! There are much better companies to deal with out there (e.g. Bumboo)

We have been subscribing for a while now: loo paper and compostable foods scrap bags. The loo paper is pretty good, better than many supermarket brands and better than a competitor we tried.. The food waste bags are the best we've used. Customer service is excellent. They made a small mistake on the most recent order by delivering the wrong bags but that was quickly sorted in a really friendly way. We weren't that impressed with the kitchen towel so don't subscribe to that.

The paper is cheap quality, I found it to not be very good it's very rough don't think I'll buy it again.

I wanted to give this product a try as id seen loads of posts. The company are really good, and really do give a crap. My first parcel went missing, Evri at thier best. A replacement was sent out very quickly. I have to say service is top notch, the product? Bloody great. I won't be buying my loo rolls from the supermarket again. I give a crap about a great product. This has it all.

Good marketing yes but paper too thin, too small and broke up on use. So disappointing, won’t buy again.

I love the products.
I hate the courier they use.
I have placed an order on the 22nd and so far I have no idea where my order is.
I have sent emails, but so far nothing has been sorted.
The order still states on its way.

* it took a week and a review on trust pilot to get it sorted but it has been* I was lured into trying with a new customer discount code however in the process of checking out they switched it for another code with less discount. I noticed this straight after paying and contacted them immediately to request this to be fixed or my order cancelled. This was on the 23/01. They replied asking for more personal data on 24/01 (which I provided) and since they have ignored me completely whilst sending me the order regardless.

I was very surprised to see all the negative reviews, as my experience with the company has been nothing but fantastic.
The toilet paper is excellent quality, the wrapping is beautiful, and both the packaging and delivery were flawless.
On top of that, it feels great knowing the rolls are made from recycled paper, making them an environmentally friendly choice!

Early days but excellent quality and a good price so far.

Brilliant product, great branding and fast delivery.

I expected good quality toilet roll for the price but was really shocked how low grade this toilet roll
was , very thin so we used 2 a day and it was rough .
looks pretty until you take the decorated paper off . not for me i’m afraid

Love the sustainability but my latest order was disappointing. The quality of the paper has deteriorated dramatically and is now quite rough. Size of the sheets has been reduced as well. Sad as my experiment to this point has been great.
