Customer service is nonexistent and once you subscribe beware because apparently it's impossible to block the future orders.

I was billed for and order that I had unsubscribed from months ago, and yet they withdrew money from my account and are sending the order anyways, even after multiple emails where I have asked them to fix the subscription issue linked to my account. What's worse is that this could've EASILY been AVOIDED because I wrote them before the order was sent out, and yet, they never answered or cared to fix the issue.

Nobody has helped and still to this day there is no answer on their part. Completely ignored.

Questo scorso aprile ho avuto una spiacevole vicenda per via di un allagamento nel bagno del mio appartamento. Ho chiamato pronto intervento e mi hanno mandato "Universal Restauri"; non l'avessi mai fatto. Si presenta il signor idraulico ingegnere ALESSANDRO.

Persona spregevole, servizio nullo, MA SOPRATTUTO una BELLA truffa (mi ha fatto pagare 2300€ per uno spurgo di un bagno in un appartamento). Persone del genere vanno solo evitate e dimenticate. NON RIVOLGETEVI A LORO.

Ci ho messo circa 15 secondi ad avere delle simulazioni di mutuo veritiere e anche interessanti! Inoltre, ho ritrovato anche la stessa rata precedentemente condivisami in filiale di una delle banche, cosa che mi ha tranquillizzato rispetto alla verità delle proposte di mutuiamo. Consiglierò sicuramente ad amici che cercano casa!

I keep ordering from Lenstore because they have repeatedly proven their availability and great assistance when it comes to problems with my order (never their fault, but rather the Italian SDA delivery). A precious service these days were everything seems to be automated and nobody is willing to help, I instead have found a super customer service in Lenstore, bringing me to trust them and knowing that I will be heard out and helped should I have a problem! The lenses as well are perfect ;)

Esperienza dinamica e interessante! Ottima attività da vivere con amici/coppia per fare qualcosa di diverso. Io avevo l’audioguida (che comunque era molto benfatta) ma se potessi tornare indietro opterei per la guida umana perché sicuramente è più ingaggiante!
