I ordered 2 times from this platform, each piece was stanied, glued and in horrid condition. When I returned the items, they sent back less money, because the items were on sale by the time i returned it, so they could only refund a cheaper price... Unprofessional.

Terrible company. I have send back an item for refund three months ago but still no refund. Contacted customer support several times. As my Credit Card (method of payment) had to be change i contacted them in December and customer support realize that the refund is still pending and sent me a link to provide my IBAN. Contacted them in February and now they told me that they refunded my CC in November. Of course no sign of refund in my CC statement. It was my first order with them. Never again! SCAM!!!

Last year I would have given it 5 stars. I ordered so many clothes from here, half my wardrobe is from this site and there were no issues so far. But now? Oh boy. They are not offering discounts anymore, unless it's destined for outlet anyway. Those clothes are never in size either. Oh and what did I see? DYNAMIC PRICING? 15€ piece is now 20 after a refresh???? fk off with that. Last year I also got a birthday cupon. This year? Yep, nothing. Corporate greed has taken another I guess.
Oh and I almost forgot! They can't even bother to size the clothes properly anymore. Constantly recommending me a size below or above. The worst abuser of it was a skirt. I needed size 36 and recommended a size 42. I ended up ordering that because it looked right on their size table with cm. Thought it was some weirdo unique sizing. Yes, I'm not an idiot either, I double checked it, because even I didn't want to believe the numbers are matching. I wrote a complaint about the faulty information and no response. And what the hell does it even mean that you got pants from XXXS-S? Without proper sizing?

I was sent a jacket with obvious signs of wear. And it didn't have a tag. I contacted support and they told me, they can offer a 20% off my next order, but since I purchased it on sale, now it's back to it's original price and it will be more expensive for me to return it and purchase it again even at 20% off. I told them that's not actual compensation and they said: sorry, that's all we can offer. I asked to speak to a manager, they said they won't connect me, because these were their instructions from above.

Misleading size information, zero accountability
I had a very disappointing experience with ABOUT YOU, not because of a simple return or size issue, but because of incorrect product information and the company’s refusal to take responsibility.
The size guidance on their website did not match the official sizing provided by the manufacturer (Ralph Lauren EU). I did my homework and checked the official European Ralph Lauren size chart — the one used for EU distribution, including Hungary. The measurements listed there differ from the information shown on ABOUT YOU’s site.
This is not a matter of “sizes varying by country,” as customer service claimed. This is about retailer-provided product data not aligning with the manufacturer’s official specifications.
What made the situation worse was their attitude. Instead of investigating the discrepancy or acknowledging that an error might exist, they simply stated that their colleagues “found no mistake.” That is not a resolution — that is dismissing the customer.
When a retailer sells branded products, accurate manufacturer-based sizing is basic responsibility. Incorrect or misleading size information directly affects purchasing decisions and leads to unnecessary returns, wasted time, and frustration.
I did not originally intend to escalate this, but the refusal to even consider the possibility of an error left me with no confidence in their customer service or data reliability.
I will not shop here again.

The return info did not include Uk for returns so my email to them would not go through wrong size delivered return of parcel £11.75 !!!!!no return label was not in parcel cannot get through to compsny

I'm confirming all the negative reviews!
During the sale I have placed 3 orders and all of them were issued! First - never came. Second - wrong items delivered with significant delay. Third - awaiting 2 months (and still couting) for return to be closed.
Contacting About You? A nightmare! They 1. blame customer for the problem, 2. lie blatantly, 3. pretend that everything is "proper procedure", 4. are completely unresponsive.
In summary: waste of time, money and your nerves!

AWFUL COMPANY DO NOT ORDER!!!!! I ordered a coat and received a faulty one, i have been waiting for my refund for damn near two months. They keep making empty promises and not delivering nor being helpful!!!! I had an issue with a product I ordered, but it’s been impossible to reach customer service. The phone number provided doesn’t work (it doesn’t even ring), and they haven’t replied to my emails. I received two messages asking for patience because their support team is overloaded, but nothing beyond that and no actual help. This is extremely disappointing—I don’t understand how a company of this size can allow customer support to function like this.

I live in the Netherlands and ordered two products on December 24, 2025. Today is January 6th and my products still haven't arrived. I've never seen such a terrible delivery process. Even my orders from Temu arrived within 10 days.

I cancelled an order within 5 minutes, yet I haven't received a refund. No shipping, no receipt, no product and no money... Almost two months have passed! They're still holding my €220.
Also, they make you cancel your Paypal dispute in order to "be able to refund you", then silence... I've been a customer for so long and I'd have never expected this from them. Never again.

However, I did not receive an exact date when I would receive an answer. The reason? After a month of delay, it is absurd. It is important to mention that although the contact center responds promptly, it has no function when it comes to helping the customer with payments, and the customer cannot contact other departments. There are also no clear deadlines if the payment is delayed, when the customer will receive an answer, why this happened. According to EU directives, this is mandatory. Why do they need a customer service center then? This shows that the customer is in last place for this company, zero professionalism, zero competitive value.

Do not waste your time with customer support they can't do anything. They are just there so the company can say they have a department like that and to keep you busy. I made my first order on the 30th of November 00:10. They gave me an estimate between 5th and 9th of December. I needed the product on the 6th so I called them multiple times. Customer care can't speed up shipments. On the 4th at around 23:15 they managed to ship the product out of their warehouse. 4 working days to get a product out of their warehouse... Of course they updated shipment estimate between 9th and 10th now. Today is the 10th the package did not yet come in possession of my local courier so it's not in the country. I called customer support and they lied about packages stuck with customs... Customs for EU internal shipments, from their German warehouse to my home in Romania there are no more customs. And I bought the last available model of a product so they had to have it in their warehouse.
I asked for my money back and they told me I will have to wait for the local courier to bring the shipment, refuse it, wait for it to go back to their warehouse and then I will get my money back. Overall a waste of time and my money is stuck with this awful company for at least 20 days.
Later edit: unbelieavble :), the dutch website is not happy to be associated with their german colleagues... you are the same company, same garbage management, same failed IT systems, same useless customer support, regardless of country you deliver to😀

I found this website incredibly convenient! I needed to buy a gift for someone who only likes branded items, and I didn’t have time to run around shops. I had no idea what to get, but this site had everything; multiple brands, every type of clothing, and more. On top of that, the prices were much cheaper than I expected, with great discounts. Made my shopping so easy and stress-free! 🙌
I followed up my purchase shipping online, saying it would arrive in 3 working days. By “technical problems” viewed of my shipping details it stopped at the border. I tried to contact them, no answer. In the end it got send back and returned without any notice. I keep trying to contact them, without any reply from their side. It was a big amount I payed. It’s impossible to get in contact with them.

No more shopping with them. Their branch in Poland has defrauded hundreds of customers and is not refunding them for returned goods. I am waiting for a refund for over a month! They keep sending emails saying that the transfer has been made, bur it's a lie. Fraudsters!
