My product was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago. It still hasn't been shipped and About you refuses to refund the money order and continuously asks me to wait a few more days for them to resolve the issue. I no longer want this resolved, but my money back. They don't want to facilitate that.

16 days after the order and 6 days after latest arrival date and the products haven't been shipped yet. Customer service is incredibly slow and there are no proactive communication.

Review of Sanelo
Our move was made very complicated by an unstructured team and the insurance for damaged items doesn't cover the way it was described.
Sanelo was supposed to manage all documents - they didn't, and only informed us the day before they needed official documents.
Sanelo had provided a hard deadline that they would "comfortably" be done packing by, so that I could fly out of the country - they weren't done by then.
Despite then providing the quote, they kept our stuff in ransom and wanted 40% more to deliver our belongings after they had picked it up.
They wanted to reschedule the delivery ON the agreed day of delivery.
They didn't crate the fragile belongings they said they would. Expensive lamps were dumped into a box. Vases were thrown around and the side of a cabinet had been PIERCED by something, leaving a 2cm diameter round hole in the side (this apparently isn't covered by their insurance).
The insurance doesn't cover that they will keep your belongings in a moist warehouse. Water and moist damages is your own problem.
We successfully argued some of the points above, but it took a lot of time and effort. Some of it is still ongoing after four months.
I can't recommend going with Sanelo.

We bought a mattress sine years ago. Its advertised as a 10-year guarantee, but after an hour on the phone it's essentially clear that there are so many requirements (unrelated to the product) that the guarantee is useless).

Beware of the pictures. The quality of the products is great, but don't expect it to look like the picture.
We ordered a gift box and it arrived looking nothing like the picture.
Besides from this, the "next day delivery" didn't happen. It took two days. The team did reach out to apologise, but if you're in a rush, don't rely on their fast delivery.

A parcel was delivered to your store. Your team was under new guidelines to not hand out the parcel before 3 pm.
I spoke to customer service on the phone. They confirmed that this wasn't a company policy. The customer service agent asked me to hand the phone to the manager. I waited 10 minutes for the manager to show. The manager then refused to speak to your customer service. I'm not closer to getting my parcel.
The amateurishness is unparalleled.

Delivery to a parcel shop was on time, but the opening hours on the evri platform didn't match the hours the shop would hand our parcels. So even if I could see the parcel, the Tesco outlet insisted on me waiting two hours.

We have had the last six cleaning sessions in a row where, despite receiving confirmations 48 hrs in advance, they have always called to reschedule less than 24 hrs before the session.
Secondly, they keep switching the cleaner. Every time they call to reschedule, they promise it will be the last time they reschedule and the last time it's a new cleaner, but you can't trust them.
Don't choose them if you would like to have consistency or if you prefer a company that delivers what they promise.
Finally, they now add a mandatory "CO2 charge". It's just another way to increase pricing with no warning.

Review of VOXI Mobile
When I switched to Voxi it was advertised heavily to include roaming in the EU. After less than a month, that service was removed and is now charged.
When I try to file a complaint, there is no email to send it to. In the chat, the agents are very reluctant to accept the complaint and keeps offering me more expensive plans (2x) with 24 months binding (vs none right now) as a fair compromise.
Don't switch to Voxi - they will catch you and then change their terms.

I switched to Voxi, but haven't received any details of what I have signed up for. Also, despite being a digital company, I can't log in to the account and the customer service isn't able to help and simply reply with "why do you want to log in?".
