Such a dishonest company

Such a dishonest company. They advertise an excellent price to get you to order, then send you an email saying "oops, we got the price wrong and your receipt isn't a confirmation. But how about buying the product for a much higher price?" There are too many more legitimate options to order from this company.

They are selling old stock and not giving guarantee…

I purchased a pair of Motorola Walkie Talkies to have in case of an emergency… 5/5/24… I opened the package for the first time 8months later thinking of course they wouldn’t be a problem… after the first week from a full charge… they stopped working… I contacted them and they gave me the run around and problem solving when all I wanted was two new battery packs… they made plenty of excuses and in the end told me I would have to go without them so they can figurerer what is wrong… it ended up I contacted Motorola and they told me to look up the lithium battery in the walkie talkies and showed me that they were originally imported in 2018 and the battery packs were from 2018 as printed and I purchased the product in 2024… terrible service and selling old stock at full price…

Rude and site with pop up spam advertisement

Advertisements and pop up commercials on the site, rude and incompetent customer service. Ordered some stuff that was on stock, still have not received it 8 days later. Customer service told me they have called the parcel back and reshipped it, they called the parcel back from the delivery station, which is mind blowing, why call something back when it arrived. They really don’t use common sense. Careless and rude be careful

I've been always happy about this shop

Edit - received it before Christmas. That's the most important part. Packaging and everything else was good so I have no complaints, even though it took long time to deliver.

Original: I've been always happy about this shop, but I've been waiting for my package for over 13 days and still nothing. That's just not okay. It said latest delivery will be the 11th of December. It was supposed to be a Christmas present and now that's kinda ruined.

Good price and selection

Good price for the item and was dispatched on the same day. Had some issues with delivery but that was delivery partner's fault and avxperten was super helpful with sorting the issue out. One aspect that could be better is the delivery charges- above a certain limit it should be free, which is what most other online retailers offer.
Overall I'd recommend avXperten.dk
