Professional and a joy to deal with.

Emily Cuthbert-Edkins from Avenue estate agents was very professional and the most helpful person in the whole process of selling our old house and purchasing are new one. Her communication and response to any questions we had couldn’t have been any better. She even kept us updated while on holiday in Dubai. Always replied promptly and went out of her way to contact solicitors and 3rd party agents to sort any issues. Thanks Emily, for everything.

Called them today because i recently moved house and no WiFi for 2 weeks and realised i had no Data left. They quickly changed my tariff from 20 to 40gb within seconds. Very quick to answer my call and sorted problem out in a couple of minutes. 5 star service.

Absolute top class

I met Byron and Neil from Top Wrapz LTD for the first time today. I arrived at 9:00am and left my new bike with Neil feeling confident and at ease knowing it would be well looked after. I was impressed with their premises on how clean, tidy, and professional it looked. I was kept up to date during the day with voice messages on the progress of the very detailed PPF wrap installation on my bike. I returned 6 hours later to see that my bike had been well looked after and a fantastic professional job had been done. Byron & Neil made me feel welcome and found time to talk and chat about their own bikes and ask questions about my bike. Thank you both for a great job, see you next year 👍

The lovely lady Mazeeda at the Mere Green Four Oaks branch is very professional. She treated me kindly and professionally by explaining everything in detail in regards the different products available and how each one works. Review of Balfe's Bikes

New Bike.

Fantastic service. The guys know there stuff and are very professional. I travelled from Birmingham and they looked after me on my arrival. They all ride bikes themselves to and from work and are all mechanically minded with a great knowledge of the current technology of current bikes. I will definitely look again to look there for any future bikes.

This is my second review. Still waiting!!

This is my second review of this company and I have already received a phone call from customer services apologising 2 weeks ago. I’m Still waiting for my glasses. They made the first pair incorrectly by fixing one of the arms onto lens badly. I had to reorder another pair. I received an email to say they will be ready between 24th to 26th. Vision express at the Fort Birmingham told me not to take any notice of electronic emails. Turns out that email is true. Nothing but lies all the time. Phoned the store last night to see if they will be arriving today, they told me the glasses are still in production. I’ve had enough, never again.

Still haven’t got my glasses

Still haven’t got my glasses. They made the first ones wrong by not attaching the lenses to the arm correctly. Plus they fitted the wrong lenses to another pair of frames. I benefited from it but that’s not the point.
I won’t bother again, in fact I could still cancel the order but I have already had 2 payments come out of my bank account.

Great Job done.

Got my drains sorted by 2 honest, polite professional guys. Drains2Drains ran by Dan and James came on time and did a fantastic job. Will definitely use the again.
Rated people’s APP needs some work. Not the easiest to use.

Very professional

Very professional. I love the fact that he was a genuine BG engineer and not a contractor. I would of sent him away if he was.
He explained and recommend all that I needed for my home. He serviced my gas fire which is good to know it's safe. Also apparently my ideal vogue boiler is one of the best on the market. He also used slip on shoe covers to protect my carpet in living room. Thank you.

Don’t bother paying postage. Nothing but lies.

Ordered Friday 17:20hrs. Pair of Rab Trousers. I could of had free delivery but I chose £4.99 for PayPal tracked express delivery. When the parcel is handed to courier it says you will get an update via email. By the following Tuesday I still have not got them or update via email. I phone them to enquire and they say it can take up to 5 working days. 5 days from Newcastle!! I asked what’s the point in paying £4.99 express delivery? They then told me it would take longer! From Newcastle! Just chose free delivery and forget paying any postage. It’s a Con. They should reimburse my £4.99 by rights. I haven’t paid for any service just been conned.

Correspondence is also shocking. I emailed them on Monday the day before but no reply. I also tried to call them but option one it sounds like a dialling tone from a fax machine and nobody answers. Options 2 & 3 they tell you you have to email the department your after and they end the call. Shocking!

UPDATE 19.02.22
Had to phone them yesterday to enquire on my order again!! Guy who answered the phone had to take my number and call me to within an hour.
2 hours later he called me say that Royal Mail had lost the parcel. That’s strange because when you pay for tracked delivery you normally get a message with tracking number when the courier receives the parcel. I never got nothing. I requested a refund. I then checked their website and found they were out of stock of the same item and size i originally ordered.
As far as I’m concerned they never had the item in the first place and tried to give Royal Mail a bad name for no reason. I have dropped rating to 1 star. I am now wondering if I would ever got my refund if I hadn’t of called LD Mountain. Never again!!!

First phone arrived back to me within 10 days. The phone did not work. Wouldn’t power on and constantly in some kind of reboot screen. I had to send it away again for another repair. Finally came back to me and working.

Disgusting behaviour.

Received a phone call this morning. The lady wanted me to confirm she was talking to the correct person by asking for my date of birth and address. I refused to give my date of birth. She told me it was about a personal matter and asked me if I had received the letters they had sent. My phone told me who the company was. There is no reason for them to phone and pester me trying to waste my time. She then said they would send another letter. This has slightly got me a bit worried and concerned but I'm sure there is nothing to worry about. Companies like this shouldn't be able to randomly call people. Be aware of this company everyone.

Purchased a brand new copy of FIFA 15 for my sons PS Vita. It arrived with no sealed wrapping. I have emailed them 2 times regarding this but they have not replied. Shocking especially at this time year when you want everything perfect for Xmas. Won't bother again.
