Really great customer service from this company, I didn't give them the correct address and when I told them,the immediately sent out a replacement of magnesium capsules even though it was completely my fault,ended up I received the other one two and offered to pay for it but they said no,it was ok. What nice people 😊

Really great company,accommodating too,we pay monthly which is ideal for us,just give the readings online and the next day,you get your bill and pay online,easy peasy.
Good customer service too,not held online for half an hour,polite people too.

Shocking customer service. I paid for a pair of trainers on the 2nd December,(it is now the 10th)they said they were dispatched but when I check tracking,it says no tracking available on parcel force, have emailed several times and nobody got back to me, I read another review which said they have gone into administration,yet they still take your money,thank goodness I paid by visa,who have now refunded me my money

Ordered a pair of £500 Tom Ford shoes online,arrived only to be given to right shoes,after many phone calls and different operators, was told to return them,never did they acknowledge my emails, I was constantly having to phone them,today I phoned again,asked if they'd received my photo of proof of return,yes,they had, I was told,they would send out a replacement,twice I was told they were in stock,by two different operators,5 minutes after being told they were being sent tomorrow, got an email saying they were out of stock. I will NEVER,shop with this company again, I didn't realise they were House of Fraser related,if I had, wouldn't have shopped with them,as Frasers are just as bad. Just one disaster after another,I've spent at least an hour in total on the phone to them.Nice operators but none of them know what the other is doing and you never get the same person twice.

Great customer service, I bought an American fridge freezer,which on the Appliance City site,looked like all the Haier fridges came with a water filter,sadly when it arrived it actually didn't have one,after a phone call,the chap advised me that it was only plumbed ones that came with a filter but he agreed the advert was misleading but it's Haiers advert that they show,so as a gesture of goodwill he refunded the £25 which we paid for the removal of old appliance,so we can buy a filter jug 😂 One thing though is that there was only ONE man to move the new and old appliances,the driver didn't help,luckily my husband was here to help him,otherwise I'm not sure how he would've coped.

Great reliable company,you get asked all the relevant questions,then if you qualify your items will be sent quickly ,really saves time with the simpler meds,as getting a Drs appointment is next to impossible these days

Rest assured,you will not get better service than this,the wine arrives quickly and so well packaged,your questions will be answered so efficiently,then of course the amazing choice of wines.Fab company,no need to go elsewhere

Glad i looked online at Lakeland for this coffee,was surprised to see how inexpensive it was compared to other places,will definately shop here again.
