Ticket gets delayed until 6 hrs before departure (maybe)
The ticket was booked 24 hrs before the departure time. I received an email stating I would get the ticket within 2 hrs.
After 9 hrs I still hadn't received anything. The flight is a morning flight so I now have the option of trusting I will get a ticket during my night (that's what the service agent suggested) or book somewhere else (it seems there are plenty of tickets through the airline at the same price).
If I want a refund, Trip.com won't confirm whether I will be able to get my money back, that will take another 30 minutes to figure out. And even then, it's not certain I can get a refund. I can't wait for that if I want to book somewhere else and hope for the best.
Terrible service.
