Ticket gets delayed until 6 hrs before departure (maybe)

The ticket was booked 24 hrs before the departure time. I received an email stating I would get the ticket within 2 hrs.

After 9 hrs I still hadn't received anything. The flight is a morning flight so I now have the option of trusting I will get a ticket during my night (that's what the service agent suggested) or book somewhere else (it seems there are plenty of tickets through the airline at the same price).

If I want a refund, Trip.com won't confirm whether I will be able to get my money back, that will take another 30 minutes to figure out. And even then, it's not certain I can get a refund. I can't wait for that if I want to book somewhere else and hope for the best.

Terrible service.

No help, when the parcel was delivered at wrong address

The driver sent us a picture to prove the delivery. The problem: The picture wasn't even taken at our building!

The online support is all based on bots and can only conclude that the parcel appears to be delivered successfully. If you try to engage, the service sends you into an endless loop of referrals to different websites.

When you finally find a phone number to speak to a human, it's charged at 7p a minute - and that includes the waiting time - even though the fault is entirely theirs.

When I then got them on the line, they tried to contact the driver with no luck. They needed a lot of information to be able to contact me later. As this took some time, I asked them to call the driver again, but got the answer that they are only allowed to call once. What a joke.

I now don't have my package and have no idea what will happen next. It's supposedly left unattended in the wrong building god knows where.

Don't buy anything time sensitive! Big delays with no warning

We ordered essentials for.ourcoming birth from mamas & papas. In particular, we ordered a car seat for a new born so that we can bring our baby home safely.

We found the car seat we wanted and ordered the car seat with delivery well in advance. Mamas & Papas came back with a delivery time that was slightly later than predicted on the website, but still with a few weeks until due date. The delivery date past and we didn't hear anything. When we contacted customer service, they replied that the delivery would be delayed a few weeks.

This now made it past our due date. Since then, days have gone and they haven't gotten back to us.

For a company specialised in baby gear, they should really understand the need for reliable delivery and proactive communication and solutions if deadlines are missed.

Despite not being the cheapest, I wouldn't trust them with anything essential or time sensitive orders.

Doesn't deliver what they promise

ExpressVPN looks impressive at first, but when you have problems, they will ask you to go through hours of troubleshooting, deleting settings, cookies, etc. When that doesn't work, they will tell you it's due to a fault on your device.
I then tried another VPN (HolaVPN) and when it worked I contact Express VPN again to see if they could fix it so I wouldn't have to switch. They now claim the troubleshooting wasn't done and would like me to spend another few hours helping them gather data.

When I asked for a refund because the product didn't perform as promised, they were very obsessed about that I was beyond the 30-day window for money-back, so it was my problem, and that I had benefited from the lower price (even though the service didn't work).

I give the product 2* rather than 1, as it does do some of the things it promised, just not the parts that were most important to me.

They overcharge you

They overcharge you, they don't tell you when prices increase.

They continue to have lower prices for new customers than what they offer loyal ones. The customer service is terrible and shows no understanding of the situation.

Don't get fooled by the low intro price!

Wrong package delivered and slow service

I received the wrong parcel (the label on the outside had my name and address on it, but the content and the note inside was for someone else).

Besides being annoying to wait for the new parcel to arrive (mistakes happen...), what really disappointed me was the lack of service. They are slow to reply to emails and the phone is a nightmare. After waiting for some minutes, the line is cut. It happened consistently at the same time, so not related to the connection.

The return of the "wrong" parcel was a nightmare. I was simply introduced to a freight company by email and requested to do all the work - print and fill the return labels (I don't have a printer so I was asked to speak to the freight company myself to sort that out), customs papers, etc. - keep in mind I was just trying to be helpful by returning the wrong package they had sent me.

The only positive is the friendly customer service on the phone once I finally got in touch with someone.

Unlimited waiting time and no service

When speaking to them about new plans, everything is possible and no manual work is needed. However, once the sales conversation is over, nothing happens. Multiple conversations and multiple 30-minute waits later, I get guided through how to do the work myself.

I've spent more than 3 hrs in line and on hold, spoken to 4 different reps in the last 24 hrs and it always ends the same way: "We are doing [insert excuse] which will take 2 hours. Please come back after that and it will all work".

Complete nightmare and not worth the premium.

The shipping times are insane

The shipping times are insane - and even within a 90-day delivery estimate, the package hasn't come on time. The company is hard to deal with regarding refunds.
