I just ordered a 365 account for my wife through the website (having bought one for myself a couple of years ago) and got the email and detail straightaway. I had a little trouble following think instructions so emailed at 8pm. Got a reply back instantly which fixed my problem, and have downloaded and got the software running.

Had a really good holiday with the kids at Stella Village in Crete. Hotel, room, food, water park were all great. Flights and transfers all went well, lots of staff to make sure we were ok.

Tried to pay in installments through Klana but it just took full payment. My email to the company was ignored.

Replacement for Faulty Bag
Have a trip holiday cabin bag which developed a fault in the retractable handle getting stuck,. Contacted customer support and upon getting a video of the issue, Kaye sent out a new bag which has arrived and works perfectly!
