Routine Service

Brandon arrived on time on a very cold morning to carry out a routine service, due to the very frosty conditions it took longer than normal as Brandon had to do a lot of the work manually. He was very courteous and made sure I was happy before leaving.

Good service from Callum initial callout Callum explained…

After initial callout Callum explained what needed to be done to repair parts of my guttering. He returned today in the pouring rain to effect the repairs and clean out all my gutters. He worked in atrocious conditions to finish the job. Very good service.

Quarterly Service…

Matt Norris undertook my quarterly service on my hot rum. Mark was here promptly on time and carried out the service whilst also fixed a broken clasp.

Excellent service.

Highly recommended

We are really pleased with our spa and would like to say a big thank you to Gil who, in initial enquiry, went through everything and explained the various options. Delivery was tricky but the guys found a way and the set up was explained in easy terms. It has made a fantastic addition to our garden. I would recommend the hot tub and swim spa company.

Their technicians are excellent but…

Their technicians are excellent but poor administration lets them down. Despite me informing them 3 times what make model and year my car was they turned up with the wrong screen and had to wait another 2 weeks for another appointment. Very poor.

No problems

First time I’ve used Carlton, some mixed reviews. So far no real issues, confirmation arrived by email although took 3 days to get E ticket and airline PNR number. I did call Carlton about this and they assured me that the flights I booked were confirmed, this was the only slight drawback.
