Do not buy from this scam company

Do not buy from this scam company! They list products they don’t have in stock and charge you for them, make you wait months, then never deliver then don’t refund! Have reported them to credit card company for fraud. They also use name snowed in so beware do not use for anything

Shockingly bad

Shockingly bad! I ordered line chronic 94 skis , my order was confirmed and full payment taken via credit card. 3 weeks later! When my skis should have arrived I got an email saying they weren’t in stock! But they were showing as in stock when I ordered on website and I even emailed the company prior to check details. I then had to wait for a refund after they had my money for 4 weeks, the amount I received was £40 less than I paid due to currency fluctuations, I emailed asking for a full refund and was denied. So I didn’t receive what I ordered, I am out of pocket for no reason and have no skis for the trip I booked and it’s too late to order from anywhere else due to long wait time. So so disappointed in blue tomato do not order from them as untrustworthy

We want to assure you that we have processed the refund based on the exact Euro amount you paid for your purchase. If there are any additional fees incurred on your end, we recommend contacting your bank for further assistance.

Regarding the unavailability of the Line Chronic 94 skis, we regret to inform you that the last pair we had in stock was damaged, and we had to return it to the manufacturer. This issue, combined with unforeseen circumstances, led to a delay in communication about the stock status. We understand the frustration this has caused, especially given your travel plans.

Once again, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. If you have any further concerns or if there's anything else we can do to assist you, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team.

Overseas home move

Pickfords did a great job moving all our furniture and things from uk in sept 2019 to Dubai . The packers were fast and not 1 item was broken. Everything arrived on time and communication and service was great would certainly recommend them!
