Mark was amazing today. Phoned to tell me he was 5 minutes away, real gentleman, diagnosed fault really quickly with his experience and expertise. On my second Swan microwave so fingers crossed but Evelyn in customer care was fantastic! Speedy replies, simple instructions and a very friendly approach. She made the whole process of changing microwaves very easy and straightforward.
